SCAM

I signed up for an account with CC only to be sent a message that my account was "invalid". Why!? Then was told to call the 1-800 #. After waiting on hold for over "120 mins" over 1 hour...they hung up! Done! I sent an email telling them to close my acct. SCAM! Do not get involved with this company!

For free access you pay a flat fee for…

For free access you pay a flat fee for any link you want to open. $5.50. I paid to view the docket for a case in which I was hoping to verify one of the parties and their identity related to another case. It literally showed the exact same information from the original case link only in plain text. You. Have to pay. For each link you want to open, so I stopped there because it obviously was just a. Rabbit hole of continuous links providing the same information. That’s straight up SCAM behavior!

Money Grabbing SCAM

Waited for over an hour for a customer service representative. Call was disconnected with no explanation. Called back and was disconnected again after waiting 45 minutes.

Antiquated! Just like most of our government.

I tried to log into PACER using the credentials I have used for years. I received a message explaining that my account was inactive and directing me to contact PACER. I called the phone number provided in the message and waited for 45 minutes. Then, I received a recorded message that PACER customer service was unavailable and the call was disconnected.

Hung up

Like other users, my account was deactivated (which for some reason they do if it is not used for some time). You then need to call to reactivate it, and wait for 30 minutes to speak to a representative. After the 30 minute wait, the representative hangs up on you immediately.

This is the most evil and disgusting…

This is the most evil and disgusting company of any government entity in the world.1) Pacer and their counterpart ECF/EM are run by the most incompetent human beings. All of them should be fired.2) I waited over 30 minutes to talk to customer service and the cowards disconnected my call3) It's virtually IMPOSSIBLE to understand this new Pacer website and logging in.4) Again every single person at Pacer should be fired. They are incompetent, lazy, and utterly worthless.
