Your no return policy really screwed…
Your no return policy really screwed me. Some how the wrong size was ordered the first time. And I couldn't return it to you, so I am out alot of money and still had to order the correct size.

Siding on tub was damaged.
The delivery drivers dropped it and ran. The website says that I need to inspect and sign for it in order to have a warranty. None of that happened. There is damage on two sides of the paneling on my new tub. I wouldn't have accepted it if I had a chance to inspect.UPDATE: I was contacted by outletspas after this review. They say they're sending me some replacement panels. I'll update if I receive them. Last update: New panels came in. Im updating my review to 5 stars. Company did what they said they would. The hot tub is working great.
