Sales team good, after becoming a customer, service is subpar
The app almost always has bugs. The Capital One Mastercard verification function has been messed up/broke for 4 weeks. Customer service is not helpful most times. They have been slow in paying invoices. I was not communicated with when the person who regularly processes my invoices was no longer at the company, which caused a delay in payments. Overall customer service is subpar. The only good/reliable department is the sales team. Please develop better, more fluid processes.

Our team is always quick to respond and help with our inquiries and help us to get pas as quickly as possible. The fuel card is very helpful. The only drawback is that it’s not a Visa based fuel card which limits the places it can be used. We tried the Clutch card … it was deterrent. Transfer transactions were not timely enough, we had nothing but problems with it so we discontinued using it. Other than the fuel card drawbacks, keepDoing what you’re doing OTR!! You are integral to our operations.

Don't go with their Fuel Card
Don't go with their Fuel Card. $100 fuel may cost you $500 if they don't get paid in their first ACH. $150 LATE FEE? They don't have a website for you to go and see transactions and pay. They want you to go to Western Union, or send $ via direct deposit or ACH from your bank and being a owner Op. I don't have none of that and if I want it the Bank want to charge for it. In less than 10th days they charge me $485.80 and I only spent $100. Also they want to gey their $ back twice a week. Run, Run, Run away. Need a fuel card go for A/B. Being customer for over 3 years with not issue.

Why OTR Is NOT Ideal for a New Business1️⃣ Their rates are too high for beginnersWhen you’re starting out, every dollar matters.OTR’s factoring rates for new carriers often fall around:4% per load Additional charges for fuel advances, ACH fees, portal fees, etc.For a brand-new carrier with inconsistent volume, this eats your profit fast. They have a hard cut off time 12pm unless someone on your team respects you to bend this rule.It is not truly non recourse.
