My husband works as a chef, so he is always on his feet. After work, his feet always hurt. After the first day he used OrthoFlexx in his work shoe, he was surprised and happy that his feet didn't hurt anymore.

First off, the OrthoFlex insoles are going to be my go to insoles. I have spent a lot of money buying all sorts of insoles without achieving satisfactory results, i.e., until I found OrthoFlex insoles which I hesitated to purchase because I felt they were pricey. But I asked myself how much I had already paid for different brands that eventually went into the dumpster? I took my chance, and I can’t describe my sense of exhilaration upon putting my feet inside my shoes with the OrthoFlex insoles— indescribable! Now I have ordered two more insoles and a pair of clogs! Woohoo
I have been suffering with severe heel pain on my right foot for the past 6 months, I had a tear in my plantar fascia and I was in a moon boot for 6 weeks. I needed a softer arch support with heel padding to wean out of the moon boot. I initially ordered OrthoFlexx Max support as I have high arches. These were delivered in a timely manner, but unfortunately I found the arch support was too high and hard for me, I tried them for 2-3 days as advised but my left foot also started to become uncomfortable so I stopped.I therefore contacted OrthoFlexx and they were amazing, they were very helpful. I asked if I could exchange OrthoFlexx max for the light arch support as these have a softer arch and smaller arch height. They said of course that could be arranged, they sent out the light arch supports, they advised that I could keep the max support, and apologised that the light support might take a week to arrive so they gave me a 50% refund as well. Excellent customer service and prompt email communication. Thanks. The light support arrived sooner than expected and they feel very natural to wear, a perfect fit. Along with rehab exercises, my foot pain is improving and the OrthoFlexx light support is helping my recovery and an essential part of my footwear from now on. Couldn’t recommend these insoles enough.
They have really helped take the pressure off my bunions. I ordered a second pair so I don’t have to keep switching from shoes to sneakers etc. I wear a size 7 shoe and I didn’t even need to trim them to fit my shoes.
I love how comfortable the inserts are. My foot and knee pain reduced greatly after just 2 days of getting used to the superior support. I move them from shoe to shoe as I need to change styles. It seems I may need to purchase more!

I never realized I have high arches until recently my feet have been killing me probably because I started running more. The more I looked into my foot pain, I learned that I need arch support so I bought these and put them in my running shoes and my feet feel so much better! I only wish I bought a 2 or 3 pack now because I love them so much.
Good product and good quality. I had custom insoles made that costed over $300 dollars and were too thick and mad my shoes not fit. So far with these all my shoes still fit. They are very rigid where you need it in the arch. They do take a little bit to get used too as it stated in the instructions. I will be ordering more of these soon.
Promos don't apply if ordering two pairs of different sizes. Must be same size. We have two household members that would like to try the insoles.
Orthoflex is an affordable alternative to the custom orthotics i need. They do NOT address all my needs but they are acceptable.
I've ordered a lot of different insoles. These actually fit my shoes and feet. So far, They feel great. Will one ordering a few more pairs so I don't need to swap them out!

Unfortunately the insoles were a bit too wide for my shoes. I tried cutting one down but it proved too difficult. Kamila at orthoflexx kindly returned 2/3 of what I’d paid. I find this company to be honorable, a great quality in any business or profession. Thank you.
