This was actually a warranty issue with my 12 zone Bhyve. It had quit working. I went to the website and followed all the trouble shooting and it still would not work. (It had a 'No AC' error) I then contacted customer support. after a discussion and taking a picture of my unit the support person gave me a code to warrty the controller. I was surprised and am very greatful for the warranty and the customer service. Two of my neighbors have bought Bhyve's and love them.

I followed the directions added the app to my phone and easily programmed the watering stations an and schedule. I like the Internet connectivity and the automatic weather delay. The ability to quickly turn on any station for testing is also an advantage.

I bought a B-hyve Irrigation Controller over a year ago and it stopped working.I called the their help desk and they ran some tests over the phone with me and told me, we’ll need to send you a new one. What great customer service and what a great product. I love that I can turn on/off our controller from basically anywhere and love the smart settings too.
