My experience is terrible with the agent and supervisor they are withholding my hoses oder from me 266261 i explain to the manager that I can’t find the receipt for the order so please help me out to get my hoses i need it it’s like stealing from me

This was actually a warranty issue with my 12 zone Bhyve. It had quit working. I went to the website and followed all the trouble shooting and it still would not work. (It had a 'No AC' error) I then contacted customer support. after a discussion and taking a picture of my unit the support person gave me a code to warrty the controller. I was surprised and am very greatful for the warranty and the customer service. Two of my neighbors have bought Bhyve's and love them.

I purchased the timer at Lowe’s and had it installed by a landscape irrigation specialist. I followed the directions added the app to my phone and easily programmed the watering stations an and schedule. I like the Internet connectivity and the automatic weather delay. The ability to quickly turn on any station for testing is also an advantage.
I bought a B-hyve Irrigation Controller over a year ago and it stopped working.I called the their help desk and they ran some tests over the phone with me and told me, we’ll need to send you a new one. What great customer service and what a great product. I love that I can turn on/off our controller from basically anywhere and love the smart settings too.
The company was very fair in honoring the warranty, and the item was immediately sent out. Also, the brass valves are of excellent quality.
