third class, Took money for VCC but service stoped, they also cnge their pricing without any notification. Theuir support team is Hungry for sales and ZERo Support., Indian bank should reconsider, giving them API banking access, Worst ever
I applied for a loan and they said you will receive money instantly after signing the agreement so I started E-Nach which allows Lending company to automatically debit amount from my bank account for Emis of the loan and then I signed the agreement and it's been 2 weeks but I did not receive my amount, when I email them they take 24 hours to send a single reply which would not be helpful at all, just tells me in reply to wait and wait and does not reply when I point out their mistakes that they said amount will be credited instantly.
They are Fraudsters . They charged the taxes and fine twice for a single month payment. Upon checking i found out that they did the same for previous months. Attached is the screenshot.

The open money is scammers, i deposit there 1.80 lakh the scammers are hided the balance and make it 0. after contact on support, he deleted my account without refund, and talking with me in abuse language.. dont trust its big scammers. team
there is no physical office and no customer care number. the chat system is also designed to manage without a human being. So if you rely on this platform for financial service and face any emergency situation there is no solution other than you have to wait 48 hours to get back "open" team.
Either company can have a great easily accessible and usable product or can have great customer service shame they do not have nothing seriously i added money into their provided bank account it is been 1+ day still not reflecting in my account more importantly they are not even replying from hours then why the hell on earth is live chat option is for
This company suddenly blocked my card saying that they cannot support our business . This company blocked my card because i was doing transactions with russians . YOU DONT BRING POLITICS WITH BUSINESS . This is backed by SBM State bank of Mauritius. Dont trust these bank because they can block your money for such lame reasons . OPEN MONEY Please don't do business in india .
Worst experience with this company, I have paid plan of this company, Even after when I deposited money I could do easily but after then you will be not able to withdraw money they just take it I deposited INR 14000, They just want money nothing else, Open money means they are open to collect money only from users, There support system is the worst system then ever I have seen, They won't attend the call, Won't reply mail & everything. It is always better to use actual bank not these neo banks.
I think the company's founders should go down and sit with their team and have a discussion regarding what they are actually doing in this neo bank space. In my opinion, they are just burning money raised by investors for their superficial startup dream. After sending a physical card to my location, they put my KYC on hold & despite me providing all the documents(Aadhar/PAN/Udyam Certificate/Shop Registration) they put me on hold and wasted my time with them. Why send me the card and burn all this investor capital if you have no coordination with the KYC team? Anyway, my suggestion is don't waste your time with them, many other smart companies out there.
Their website looks nice and with good user experience that's all I can do 3 stars for, I haven't been able to use services because my KYC is on hold despite I have done all the documentation and even received a physical card. Their "Live" chat is slower than most service's email support. They claim to be the best Online Bank and you wouldn't have the hassle to go to the bank physically but for their "Live" Support you'll have to sit all day long.
