Company seems to be out of business
Company seems to be out of business. They have hundreds of dollars of outstanding prescriptions and now they've disappeared.

Incredible frustrated
Incredible frustrated with this company. My first order for Tri-heart was cancelled by OVM because their Pharmacist was not licensed MA. So then I placed a second order to be shipped to a relative in NY.A week after that order OVM told me the product is not available. The offered me a alternate product for $48 additional. This whole experience feels like a bait and switch.They also have the written prescription from my vet so I can't order the product elsewhere unless they return the prescription, which they have not done.Shop a more reputable vet supply store. And don't bother calling them as you will never get anyone to answer the phone.

Very disappointed.
Very disappointed.. It seems each month we run into the same issues with Only Vet meds.. but this time, I have left 6 messages by phone and 1 email and no one is calling me back. Apparently they will say "waiting for vet to approve" but our vet doesn't get anything from them, and no one from ONly Vet meds answer or emails back. I am so very disappointed as we have be loyal for a year.

Scam
I bought very important liver medication from them. But now know The prices are too good to be true. It’s been over 2 weeks since I have paid and I have not received an email or the product. The phone number is not a customer support line and emails take forever. So far this feels like a huge scam.

Always in stock
My dog requires meds for a heart condition. For some reason, this med is often out of stock where I usually get it. OnlyVetMeds.com has had it in stock every time I needed it refilled. Thank you!

I felt like our order was forgot about!
I felt like our order was forgot about. You called notifying that there was a huge delay in getting a response from the vet clinic but then I spoke with the vet clinic and they said they faxed it over days before. From that point I still had to wait weeks to receive. My dog went over a month without his meds due to the delay.

Horrible products
Horrible products, i bought the flea and tick medication for my dog (he’s a golden retriever) and the medication didn't do anything, infact it made things worse, my dog actually started getting bald spots where I first applied the medication. Use a different brand .

Excellent customer service
My vet suggested an additional purchase when onlyvetmeds contacted them for my dogs prescription. They promptly called me and left a message. Before I could get back to them the next day they tried to call again. They went the extra mile to make sure I had my dog's meds covered for a month at a time. Thank you only vet meds!

I could not ask for better service representatives!! Serena was very helpful in getting my order completed and was so kind and professional speaking with me. I will definitely be continuing to use them for all my fur babies needs. Plus the price of their items were the cheapest I found in the internet. Believe me I researched it in depth due to the wide pricing variation. Thank you!!

I was told by your company that they…
I was told by your company that they had a hard time getting ahold of our vet to get my order approved. So I ended up calling the vet and was told they have been there the whole time. Need to work on your communication skills a little bit better. The customer shouldn't have to be doing your work.
