Jazmine Underwood has been very good to my husband and I. She really tries hard to help us. She is very understanding and very professional. I find it very easy talking to her. She explains everything so I can understand. She always calls me back when I leave a message. We enjoy working with her. We have given her name to 4 other couples and they are also working with her. The day 3 couples made our reservations to the Panama Canal Cruise. Brook ( I do not know her last name)answered the phone because Jazmine was on vacation. She was also amazing. She helped us so much. We had to make the reservation that day because it was on sale and rooms were limited. She emailed us, called us back, and reserved all our reservations. She was so helpful, very pleasant, explained everything. She did everything to make sure our reservations were done before she left for the day.She was so accommodating so professional. We were all so happy.

Working with Online Vacation Center was flawless
Working with Online Vacation Center was a great experience. This was the first time I used them to book a Viking Cruise and I was a little skeptical that it would not be as good as experience as booking directly with Viking that I had done in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no noticeable difference to me except for a significant savings per cabin. I definitely would book through online vacation center again! Gretel was professional, informative, and followed up promptly whenever I reached out. She also proactively reached out with information as needed.

We love OVC and our specialist
We love OVC and our specialist, Sophia Ricoranago. She is so knowledgeable, good follow though and we get nice perks from OVC like cash cards and extra on board credit. We have now taken 23 cruises though them and have three more booked, all with Oceania Cruises.

It is easy to book with them and they have some benefits. Sometimes they will give you on board credit or pay the gratuities. The agents are friendly and helpful in answering any questions you may have.
