Scam alert!
Scam alert!Ordered 10 weeks ago. Website shows 6-7 weeks estimate for delivery. After 9 weeks I chased on their online form with no response. After 10 weeks I chased their contact email (as listed on their website) sales@ and received an “address not found” bounce email. Then used the info@ email address which bounced also (note this is the email address Trust pilot themselves have).Will contact my credit card to claim back the money.

Item arrived damaged
Item arrived damaged - mattress fabric ripped. Email address on invoice not recognised by postmaster and alternative email address supplied by agent on phone likewise. Thus not able to send photos. Hopeless.

7 Month Wait, Bad Customer Service, Product Good
Ordered my product back in August 2021. I went with this website due to their estimated 10 week delivery and supposed excellent customer service.It took 7 months for my product to arrive, which I had to constantly chase. The customer service was not great. Hard to get a response via email or their chat options. The delivery date changed three times, I booked time off work to accommodate delivery, only for the date to be changed again.Finally received my order today. The delivery men were pleasant and brought my order inside, but there was no offer of packaging being removed and taken away (even though this is quoted to happen on their delivery FAQ) and I didn't receive a call ahead of time with their impending arrival, which I was told they would do.I'm giving 3 stars because I have finally received my order and it's what I expected, but I would not use OnlineFurnitureStore again.

Lovely color, good height, good storage
Lovely color, solid bed, good height, good storage space but the bottom of drawers may not last if things are too heavy.
