I don't like it! I ordered the 2x because it was supposed to be my size and it was too big. They sent me an xl (which I have to say their customer service is nice, but they never gave me the option to refund my money) and still it has no compression and on top of that it rolls down. I would not recommend it at all!
Customer service is amazing!!!! I order the knee sleeves in a 3X, they were too large. Kurt replaced them within a week. The knee sleeves are amazing as well. Recommend 10/10.
The bamboo knee brace gave instant pain relief. Thanks for making a product that produces as advertised.
I have bought many different brands of foot sleeves and even shoes that claimed to help. They didn’t! All got returned. I saw an advertisement about bamboo sleeves and decided to try them. They are a bit pricey for me but anything for relief. I cannot imagine how I did without them before now. I have since ordered socks, knee sleeves and another pair of foot sleeves. I wear the foot sleeves all night and have not had to remove them for tightness. They are worth the money. Thank you OneCompress.

I use my compression wear when my knee is beginning to get sore in the evening. It helps!I originally ordered two Larges, but they were too small. So I asked for an XL. They sent me two XLs promptly, no charge! 😊Great product, and great customer service!!Thank you!
I went from 3-4 bathroom trips per night to 1 per night by wearing the bamboo socks. I also wear knee sleeves for relief of knee pain.
I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s been the most comfortable socks I’ve ever worn. Same as my sister.
While the compression of the product for my knees is great, after 1 week of wear they no longer stay up. Disappointed that these types of sleeves just lose the ability to maintain the grip to stay up and in place.
I purchased the ankle/calf sleeves and had to remove them midway through the night as they were uncomfortably compressing my shin to the point that I actually had wrinkles in my skin. I have emailed the company twice over the past 2 weeks for a refund, but have heard nothing from them. This sounds like the same scenario others have mentioned in earlier reviews. I would NOT order from this company. It's an expensive product with no customer service.
I love my knee sleeves. Right now I only wear one on my bad knee. It is comforting and provides enough stability to allow me to sleep. I ordered the wrong size first, but OneCompress sent me the right size very fast. When I called to find out about returning the too big sleeves, they told me to keep them and pass them on to someone who could use them! OneCompresscis wonderful! My next purchase will be socks for my neuropathy.
Customer service was none compared! I had ordered several products & between myself & my husband, we picked what we were comfortable with and then started a return for what wouldn't. With the return, I was able to order some other items I was interested in and am just as pleased as what we kept from the first order. I will surely recommend & order again should the need arise.
A direct shout out to Adie for the exceptional customer service!! I have the gloves for aging hands and trigger finger on my right middle finger. I am very happy with the results of wearing the gloves in a short time. The feel of the material is so soft! I questioned if had purchased the right size. Adie listened to me and helped me with getting the correct size for the compression!! I cannot thank them enough and appreciate the GREAT customer service!!!
I mistakenly ordered 4x, because I'm a big girl. They just fell down to my ankles. I reached out to customer service, and they immediately sent me a new pair of size 2x, which fit perfectly! They give my knees the stability to walk easier and they are super comfortable to wear! Plus I didn't have to return the 4x pair, they told me to pay it forward to someone who can use them, so I will! I was super impressed by the company and their products, and plan on purchasing other items, for my feet and ankles and my hands. Highly recommend you try them out!
The sleeves are very soft & comfortable. Easy to put on & stay in place, worn them through the night & knees weren't as stiff in the morning.
This sleeve is really awesome! It feels so much better than the other store bought ones I got. My only issue is the top seam is coming apart. You might tell your process people that they might need to sew a double seam so it won’t come apart.
I ordered a pair of knee sleeves and they were too tight. I contacted the company and left them know and would you believe they sent me a new pair free of charge and they fit great. And I didn’t have to return the first pair. Great customer service
I like them. So lightweight and comfortable. I almost forget to take them off in the morning. They do seem to help trigger fingers but I have only used them for 4 nights. Time will tell better. Nice product - well made.Sent
