Okie Dog Supply came through with flying colors
I had a issue with the integrity of a pet medicine product I ordered. The product would have seriously harmed my cat if given to him. This situation was out of Okie Dog supply's control. I discovered the danger, talked to and communicated with the representative via email and over the course of several weeks, the problem was solved, my refund was issued. The representative was very understanding and quite kind in helping resolve this issue. If I could give this company a ten star rating, I would. Very pleased at the process and outcome of this situation.
