This is my second year using OfficialPets for ESA Documentation and both years the service has been extremely swift and effective. Leon and Robert were both a pleasure to work with. Last year my letter was given to me within 24 hours. This year I received it in less than four hours from my initial online referral. I reached out to obtain an ESA letter for my property management company since my old letter was expired. Official Peta called me almost immediately and provided the letter in the same hour!
