Scam website! Ordering wigs but not shipping them out. No response to emails Please people don’t order here again. 7 years ago NYhairmall was good. Last 2 years very messy. Like some Else took over the company. Some one who don’t know how to serve them costumers
They sold me a fake wig (one I’ve been buying for years). A knockoff. And I only found that out by opening it. And if you return something they charge you up the butt to send it back and restock so you’re basically stuck with whatever you get. If I could give them negative stars I would.
I only gave one star because I can't I needed to in order to write my review. I ordered an item in August, we are in November and I still haven't received my order. Sent several emails with only one response. Their phone number on the website doesn't work. I just want my money back.
I placed an order on July 30th and today is August 10th!! I have NOT received any updates on my order, can’t get through on the phone and no one has emailed me back and I’ve sent at least 6. At this point I want my money back this is ridiculous!!
Love the hairstyles and the different varieties this site has. The prices are reasonable and the hair lasts several months when taken care of, as the directions state.
I placed an order and quickly realized I needed to place a larger order. I didn't want to place another order and have to pay the shipping on two separate orders. I called the number online to ask if my order could be cancelled and refunded so that I can place the new order. First, I was surprised and happy that someone actually answered the phone. Not only that, but the person was also friendly. She spoke with her manager who agreed to cancel and refund my original order so that I can place my new order. I am big on customer service, which a lot of these online hair stores lack. To actually speak to a professional friendly employee, who worked with me to make my shopping experience pleasant, is enough to keep me as a customer. I'll definitely keep ordering from NYHairMall.

I ordered this wig in pink because I own a wig with the same name in blonde. Pleased to find it’s indeed the same wig. Color, length and style as depicted on the website are accurate. Timely delivery. The delivery person knocked on my front door and left it there. Would definitely order again to replace my old blonde wig. EXCELLENT SERVICE. PREMIUM PRODUCT. GREAT PRICE.
