I had a good experience using these guys , great service , great prices. Will definately use them again.
This is the 3rd time I’ve used this little independent company and as usual they’ve gone out of their way to make my experience with them so enjoyable.I needed a particular type of tyre for the weight of my Motorhome and they made sure that the tyre size and weight limit were correct for me. With service like this I’m going to keep using them.
Good service
My tyre was flat on Saturday night and no idea how & where to get it done. Luckily we have seen Nutyre on Google, I ringed him on Sunday morning 9.30am and he has given appointment immediately on same day within few hours. He was very polite, friendly and professional. Tyre has replaced without any hassle. Thanks a lot to get it done everything on Sunday morning. I would like to recommend him for Tyre fittings and repair.
I'm highly recommending this workshop, really affordable price and A STAR service. Friendly people. My car needed new rear brake pads and sensor which was replaced within couple of hours. I noticed that display light was still showing but I took it back again and they managed to get rid of the display indicator light.Happy customer 😊
i needed 2 tyers sooner than later spoke to customer service told them what i needed order them delivered later that day called they called to let know as i couldn't get back that day they booked me in for the next morning got the job in good time the staff were friendly and the service was great thank you for all of your advice
I took a leap of faith picking this company having only seen road sign adverts near my house, about a 10 minutes walk from their fantastically equipped spacious workshop. Water coolant leaking badly on 14 year old Skoda superb diesel estate, so I didn't want main dealer prices. Corrosion of oil cooler diagnosed and photos sent, at same time they showed me how bad the soot deposits were from 240,000+ miles, anywhere else for both jobs were quotes of nearly £1000, Nutyre price under £500 including all new parts. I think most people assume they only do tyres. A hidden gem and lovely people to deal with. Nigel Sorrell.
A⭐ serviceThank you so much for your assistance today! On a Sunday after 4pm. Please don't hesitate to use this company for his tire replacement service. Super fast and efficient! Thank you again 🙏
Always happy to help and advise . 100% happy
The staff are very friendly, and the Floor Manager, Mr. Sasanda, is especially helpful. I’ve been here a couple of times now—not only are their tyre replacement prices very competitive, but they also offer car and van servicing. My most recent visit was for a small paint touch-up, and they did an excellent job to my full satisfaction.I highly recommend NUTYRES to anyone seeking their services.
Prompt service. Excellent
Broke down on the A1M, came out and sorted it out and kept me updated all the way. Good job and fair price.
I had a tyre blow out after business hours on a Saturday night. The tyre was so bad I could not use the tyre puncture sealant provided with the car. I google this business and to my surprise they answered the phone. I arranged with them to fit a new tyre which was carried out quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price to get me back on the road. A big thank you to the team.
I have used this company a number of times and can’t fault their helpfulness, understanding. They are A*
Customer friendly, and they rendered too service! 👌
Do not pay them until you are sure the work is completed and the car is in proper working order!Unfortunately, I made this mistake and ended up with a faulty car.I left my car for a simple replacement of shock absorbers, brake discs, brake pads, and wear sensors (which needed replacement due to their condition). The whole process took about a week, but I can’t complain about the time because they were waiting for my approval to proceed with the work and for the parts to arrive. At this stage, communication was excellent – I received photos and descriptions of the replaced parts, which I found very professional.Due to a lack of time, my partner picked up the car – and that was my first mistake because she paid £800 without checking whether the car was in proper working condition. (The garage assured her the car was ready for pickup, but when she arrived, the work was still ongoing, causing her to be late for an important meeting.) She drove the car for 10 minutes and parked it, only noticing that the warning lights were still on (the mechanic had unsuccessfully tried to fix this). Some time later, I decided to personally pick up the car from the parking lot and take it for a drive – and that’s when the problems started. The rear left suspension was making loud, clunking noises that were impossible to ignore. I called the workshop and informed them that the car was not in working condition and needed to be returned. That’s when I encountered the true nature of the people working there. Instead of feeling obligated to fix what they had broken, they brushed me off, saying they didn’t have time at the moment and that I could try again the following week.Over the course of the week, I tried to schedule an appointment, but to no avail – my messages and calls were ignored. Finally, after some time, I managed to arrange an appointment and left the car with them – and this is where the circus began, unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The car sat in their garage nearly THREE WEEKS!! My calls and messages asking about the progress of the repairs were completely ignored, leaving me clueless about what was happening with my car. (Of course, this doesn’t even mention the fact that I didn’t have the car when I needed it and had to bear the cost of alternative transportation.)After almost three weeks of nearly no communication, I was informed that my car was ready. (It turned out the mechanic working on my car had left the country without informing anyone.) Upon picking up the car, I found that the issue hadn’t been resolved at all, and I’m convinced that no work – and certainly no test drive – had been done during those three weeks. The car had simply been sitting in the parking lot (even the warning lights hadn’t been cleared). At this point, all communication broke down entirely. The garage feels no obligation to make any repairs or even refund part of the cost. To make matters even more ridiculous, I was informed that no further work on my cars would be carried out at this garage. (At this point, it makes no difference to me, as I can no longer trust them and wouldn’t leave my car there even for a bulb replacement.)I’m left without a functioning car (a car with such noises is not safe to drive), £800 poorer, and now I have to find a real workshop that will repair what these so-called mechanics have managed to ruin.Of course, legal proceedings will also be pursued because it’s unacceptable for a garage to take payment for work that wasn’t done and then shirk all responsibility.
Best service!!I had my car serviced yesterday. They provided an amazing service without suggesting unnecessary services which costs a lot of money. Worth the money. Amazing service and customer service. Highly recommend!!!!
Great service and unbeatable prices on good quality tyres.
I needed two tyre urgently at the weekend and had rung a number of companies who didn't have the correct size in stock. NUTYRES had them in stock and was able to fit them the same day. I was impressed with the customer service and the newly fitted workshop and facilities. I will use again.
I cannot recommend this company more highly. Fantastic value for money, prompt and professional.
