Not a safe service
I paid for a dermatology consultation and instead received a prescription without any conversation about my symptoms or concerns. When I tried to explain that the medication could actually make my symptoms worse and asked about the side effects, my concerns were ignored. The physician actually told me to try the medication anyway! The responses were generic, dismissive, and irresponsible.

I have been using Nurx for over4 years now, maybe longer. I use it for Slynd and they are great, they use a coupon for me and I get 3mo for $56ish. I get my shipments on time and I have stopped before with no issue. They are a great company.

I have been having ongoing issues…
I have been having ongoing issues regarding my shipment with little to no help. All of a sudden I get a message from nurx offering $20 to write a review? I look and sure enough there are a TON of recent 5 star reviews within a very short period of time. This is shady!!! Upon further digging, I find that this company was acquired by another company called Remedy Meds which has suspicious reviews as well on here despite other sites having negative ones… I will be canceling immediately.

Have been using NURX for 3+ years. The whole process is very easy to work with. Also if have any question, I can always find help in a timely manner through the chat box. Also they ask many detailed questions to make sure the right solution is offered, sometimes things like weight will make a difference when they make the decision so do take time to fill in the initial questionnaire when you start. Very recommend!
