Scam company with FALSE address
DO NOT BOOK A CAR WITH THEM. We booked a car via Booking to be picked up in Mostar city center. They claim to have an office on Adema Buca 68, Mostar Downtown, but there is NO rent-a-car office there (it is the address where the company is registered). On that address is a hairdresser, a private house and some cafes nearby. You can also check the photos' in the Google Maprs reviews. GPS coordinates from their website also link to a completely different location. On the day of the pick-up, they marked our reservation as a no-show (despite not having a time frame when the car can be picked up) and took all our money. Their representative claimed on the phone that we didn't have a local number, and he couldn't call us and inform the address is changed, as they operate only from the Mostar airport. Since the car was booked via Booking and they could message us via the platform or WhatsApp, because our number was visible there. I think they use this tactic as a loophole to scam people. Now we escalated the case to Booking customer support (which is useless), our credit card provider for wire fraud, to ECC and we consider hiring a lawyer to handle it further if needed.

Very disappointing experience with NUR Rent
I rented a car at the end of April and was charged €725.20 as a deposit. They promised the refund would be made by June 6, but after more than a month and a half, I still haven't received anything. I had to open a formal dispute through Revolut to try to get my money back.On the evening I returned the car, the staff member Aldin tried to blame me for a scratch on the lower part of the car.Luckily, I had recorded a video that same morning, clearly showing that the scratch was already there before I took the car.Without that video, they could have charged me unfairly for damage I didn’t cause.The communication was poor, and all promises were broken.To this day, I still haven’t received my refund.I strongly advise against renting from this company. If you do, make sure to take detailed photos and videos from every angle, and do not rely on verbal agreements.

SCAM Company
I rented a car a lot of times without any problems all around the Europe, this time I booked a car at BNX airport via Ryanair application, but car wasn't there, and Nur rent is unknown rental on the BNX airport at all. Tried to call number on booking confirmation and unfortunately no answer. I haven't had a choice and I booked another car from the other company on the spot. Be aware of NUR Rent a Car it is a SCAM company. Read all feedbacks before booking a car from them.

I rent a car through autoEurope as many other times without problems,this time should car wait in Sarajevo airport, but car wasn't there and Nur rent is unknown rental. They don't answer telephone, autoEurope call also without help.Don't use Nur rent a car in Bosnia!
