Nuform is by FAR the best telemedicine company I have ever worked with!!! The prices are super transparent and reasonably priced and the Nuform team does an amazing job to make every interaction easy and pain free. I rarely do company reviews but I highly recommend this company. I wouldn’t ever use anyone else.

I was in the process of trying to get some GLP 1 medication and it didn’t seem like my insurance was going to cover it, so I inquired online and within a couple of days Romario called to discuss my options, he’s very polite, very personable, very knowledgeable and all around just the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, I told him I was going to wait for a final response from my insurance and he assured me that it was no big deal, so I scheduled an appointment and paid the doctor fee and he said if I find out before the appointment that insurance covered it then I can cancel get a full refund, my insurance did end up covering it and I didn’t get to experience the product but if it’s anything like their customer service I’m sure it’s great

With so many scams this day and time it’s hard to know what’s legit and what isn’t but after talking with nick (sales) a few minutes I decided to take a chance and signed up took blood work at my convenience and met with doctor via zoom call after my lab work came back the next day I received a text from pharmacy that label was created and being sent 2 day fed ex however fed ex sent package to California from Texas even though I live in Louisiana after waiting 8 days I called nick and pharmacy the very next day they overnighted a new order and I received it Nuform staff 10 out of 10Pharmacy 10 out of 10Fed ex 3 out of 10Whole Experience 10 out of 10
