I keep returning because Greg is just that good…
I used Notary Geek last May to notarize my birth certificate for a Spanish passport. Greg was patient, friendly, smart and efficient. When my friend in Spain needed help for a change in her trust in the USA, requiring her notarized signature, I immediately knew who to contact. As usual, Greg was wonderful. We set up everything online, and then she had an online meeting with Greg and his associate, Terrianne Barrett. They were both fantastic and so easy to work with. My friend was 83 and needed a bit of hand holding. Both Greg and Terrianne couldn’t have been more patient and kind. Because we had set up everything online before the meeting, the actual notarization was fast and smooth. They sent me the link for payment and I was again amazed at how reasonable notary Geeks prices were. They also sent the notarized document directly to my friend’s attorney to save her the extra step. I can’t praise Greg’s work enough. His associate is also just great at her job. I can’t recommend their work highly enough. For anyone who needs a notary , especially an internationally qualified one, notary geek is the absolute best. I guess that’s why I keep coming back to them..

I reached out looking for help with a notary service and tried to ask simple, direct questions about availability, pricing, and processing time. Unfortunately, the communication I received was dismissive, sarcastic, and unprofessional. I was spoken to in a way that felt more like mockery than customer service.I understand that small businesses can have personality and informal tone, but there is a difference between being relaxed and being disrespectful. I did not feel welcomed as a potential customer, nor did I receive clear or helpful information.I hope the service improves its approach to communication, especially for people who are simply trying to understand the process.

Greg was very helpful. If like me you are from a different country and you need a document to be notarize with no headache of the social security number you don't have, your identity is verified differently wich allows you to get your paper notarized easily !! thank you very much!!
