Sometimes, I can read directions until I am blue in the face and still not get it. Not only did he answer my questions (more than once!), Matt very patiently walked me through an actual on-line notary procedure on an actual document. Success!!!~ Finally I feel confident enough to do this on my own, which will be a great asset to the two attorneys I work for.
I 've been working with Notary IO since the beginning 2 years now - it's evolved, and the customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend Notary IO over other platforms with I have researched.
