The only think this company did…
The only think this company did correctly is put on the roof. The office staff and management personnel are awful. They put deep gouges in our driveway from the dumpster. Due to a scheduling error on their part, the dumpster was delivered and taken away before work had been done so when they really started, there was no dumpster so the crew felt it okay to simply start dropping the old roof in the driveway. My husband was picking up nails and shingle pieces for days. I complained to the management and they said they were going to come out talk to us and go over our complaint, which they did, but they did nothing to make it right. Finally, we sold the house this past June and found that when they put the roof on, they failed to make sure the dryer vent was properly attached. It was pushed down into the attic, meaning the dryer had been venting into the attic for months. Terrible company!

A complete mess
The crew that actually did the work (who were from Ohio) was the only bright spot of our experience. Otherwise, it was a complete mess. We never knew who our contact person would be from one week to the next, and getting the job scheduled was a nightmare. Apparently the only person who knew we lived in a 3 story home was the sales guy, so everyone else came unprepared (and unable to get onto our roof). It was bad enough that we gave up before they could schedule the interior work that was part of our quote.

Gutter were left full on shingles and nails. Also I step on a nail left in the yard and had to go to the Care spot for a shot.

Management and customer service was…
Management and customer service was very responsive. However there were issues with billing that took a while to get fixed. There was issues with the crew that came out to perform the work, not that they did a bad job but they put a vent in different area from where they were supposed to be and even when I went up there and showed them where it was supposed to go they still putt it in the wrong place. This is an issue when you hire people that don't speak English very well. Now that place they originally put the vent appears to be leaking.

From the beginning of contact with …
From the beginning of contact with North Florida Roofing, has been one deception after another, and after numerous phone calls, and leaving messages, I'm never able to call and speak with anyone. Now, after speaking with "Kelly", I was told that they had a binding contract with me to do the work, and I've only seen representative from them twice. Once to look at home, and second time to conveniently take the check I received and paperwork from adjuster, and never return. The phone call that I did receive was from them having difficulty trying to cash the check and needing more information from me to do so. If this is a professional business, I'd hate to see a bad one.

Do not use
They did a shabby job over a month ago, and refuse to come out and address the hump in our roof. I would not use them as they do not care if you the customer are happy with the job. Getting them to respond to you is impossible. We've called, but no one answere their phone. If you leave a message no one calls back. We are very disappointed with them.
