During the Covid pandemic I bought several high intensity UV lamps that I used to sterilize items and prevent disease spread. They are also good for sterlizing rooms, preventing mold in showers etc. Seem to be well made bulbs.

I contacted online support and someone answered me right away. I was told it can take 3 days to ship my order out and It was shipped out the next day.
Identifying the proper bulb and ordering was relatively easy. The price was very reasonable and the bulbs arrived and worked, as advertised. Will be doing business with Norman Lamps again, when the time comes.
Very respectful company have been purchasing from them for years and never had a problem. Very quick at getting the products shipped out.

I've never bought from Normal Lamps before and won't again. My experience in short:1. Ordered items that they showed on Amazon at a remarkedly low price ($1.00 per item vs $5.00+ at other sites).2. Took my money and then 3 days later cancelled my order saying that the items was out of stock.3. I went directly to their website and found the items IN STOCK (but at 6 times the price I originally paid)4. Showed them several screenshots over several days of item showing them they showed it in stock. No response.5. In each case I asked if they would fulfill my original order when stock was refilled - the have IGNORED my request.I believe that the price they listed for the item (and the one I committed to buying) may have been a mistake on their part. But, their refusal to (a) admit the error and/or (b) to fulfill the order or even respond to my communication requests makes them suspect.
Someone recommended to me that I order LED lights from Norman Lighting. I found them to be very helpful, as it is very confusing when changing over to LED light inside and all of your landscaping lights. They had everything that we needed. I received the order fast, and I would definitely order from them again.

I had tried several different suppliers for special festoon light bulbs that I needed. Either I had difficulty with their catalogs or they sent me the wrong bulbs. This website was easy to maneuver through and easy to select the bulbs that I was looking for. After ordering, I received the correct bulbs in a very timely manner. I highly recommend these guys.

I placed my order and the sales person who worked with me was excellent. Very patient and helpful with technical information/responses to my questions. I received the order on the time frame as promised. So far I was very happy. When I took the package home that evening I installed the smallest replacement bulb (F8T4 in the lamp holder and it did not illuminate. I was baffled, and I inserted it into another similar size lamp holder and it did not work in that one either. I put in the older bulb that was functioning and it did work. I then tried another of the 4 bulbs that I had ordered and two worked and then I found one more that did So, out of the four F8T4 bulbs I had ordered two did not function. By the way, I tried everything to make sure it was not just the lamp holder or my technique in positioning the bulb into the socket holder. Nope, the two bulbs simply did not work.The 2 F22T4 bulbs both worked when installed. I then opened the F26T4 and discovered that I had ordered the wrong size and I needed an F24T4 that was my mistake. I called Norman the next day and spoke to an associate and he was helpful and said he would call me back to work on reship. I wanted to return the two bulbs that did not work and receive functional replacements and also exchange the F26T4 for F24. He never called back and I have to call again to straighten this out.
Items arrived way ahead of schedule. Working great so far
