Just started taking boxing classes and after seeing how many kids were there for the classes I brought my son and he started and loves it. Your first class is free, come try it out for yourself and bring your kids down.
Vinny is a great Sensei for adults and kids alike! Direct and regimented yet personable and fun.
My son works out with mostly adult men due to his size. The instructors and classmates are all super positive with him and constantly encourage his efforts. He works hard and has been making good improvements thanks to the patience of the instructor and the overall atmosphere of No Joke. Would definitely recommend this facilty!
Very inclusive, very good with training and super nice to the kids! It’s my sons favorite time of the week!

Even though we canceled, they kept charging us and refused to give us a full refund.
Wish I had joined sooner. The best way to workout is when you actually enjoy it. It’s a great community and I look forward to my classes, plus I get to destress after a hard day at work.

We love No Joke ... my children have learned a lot in the programs - from martial arts class, to jiu jitsu and even boxing. We've been at No Joke for 8 years and absolutely love the program, as well as the teachers.

Had a great birthday party! We had kids from 2-12 and all had fun and even the parents got to play too. Thank you to Heather and Trevor for making my daughter’s party easy and fun! I’ll definitely recommend to friends and may even come again. I’ll look into the other programs as well.

Was looking for some private boxing sessions, and after my hour working with Trevor, I felt great! I learned alot. I was impressed with how friendly the staff here at No Joke is. I felt comfortable right away during my first session. I will definitely be coming back for more sessions! I was also very happy with all of the different classes No Joke offers such as boxing, fight fitness, the list goes on. Definitely money well spent here.
The kids enjoyed they’re selves and that’s all that matters.. I really appreciate Mrs.Heather and all the staff that helped me made my son Ninja Turtle party total success!!

I know, like, and trust the owner Rich Whitenack. I have known him & had experience with him over the years.Rich is trustworthy and straight forward. He is not running a McDojo. He runs a serious martial arts school for good citizens and their kids to train and learn at. The other reason I chose No Joke is that it is conveniently located to my Home and Business which makes it possible for me to get my Son there 3 times a week. This review is my opinion, but it is accurate and truthful.
