Easy to speak to and do what they say
So easy to speak to. Charmaine answers the phone, emails and deals with queries quickly. Lovely to speak to and gets things done and promptly. Head and shoulders above everyone else who all too often didn't return my calls or voicemail message. Ooh and the guys who put up the scaffold were great. Definitely recommend.

Professional scaffolding team
Arrived on time, tidy and very professional. No messing about, just got on with a complicated installation without any drama. Great team and would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. the price is good, but it took few weeks to put scaffolding. Now they can’t dismantle scaffolding for almost a month! they already promised 3 times but never showed up. Answer on your reply: I can't even express my indignation at such a lie! everything you wrote is an absolute lie! I have been talking to you for almost 2 weeks. the price was negotiated without any problems and there was never any doubt on either side. all photos were sent and the location of the house was known to you! the builders were ready to start work but due to the fact that you did not put the scaffolding at the appointed time, the work was postponed by 2 weeks. It's good that they were able to despite their schedule. now the problem is to remove the scaffolding. 3 times you promised to clean up, but didn't show up. each time it is pushed back by a week. This is not how you treat clients! Instead of apology you are lying! I have all the correspondence with you which proves that I was polite, nice, honest!

Job well done
From getting a quote onwards, the crew was always friendly and courteous as well as working cleanly and efficiently. Our job was not easy as it involved going over a pitch-roofed carport, garage and conservatory as well as along a flat wall alongside a paved patio with cut out flower beds.

Professional Scaffolders
These guys took great care in erecting the scaffolding within the small space between the garage and the raised bed for the installation of the solar panels. They were very polite and professional, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks guys.

Another great job.
After a successful solar panel installation Jay and Charlie returned to take the scaffolding down today 01/03/23. Again, the guys were really good, quick and clean. Left the site tidy. Good communications all the way through. No hesitation to recommend again. Thanks No 1 Scaffolding solutions.

Go above and beyond.

Impressive Scaffolding Company highly recommeded
I was very impressed with the team that came to erect and dismantle the scaffolding for the installation of my solar panels. The guys were very polite, respectful of my property and took great care when moving the equipment to and from the vehicle making sure that nothing was damaged. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a scaffolding company. Thanks

Highly recommended company
Turned up on time to erect scaffold to front of house prior to roof repairs.Fast, friendly service, mindful of surroundings. Polite, cheerful and efficient. After roof work completed they returned promptly to remove scaffolding.Will definitely use them again should need arise. Great team!

Excellent service
The team have visited to install access as part of a solar panel installation. They were friendly, efficient and considerate of our property. The team were also mindful of the needs of our neighbours as it was necessary to park across their property access. Can’t fault their professionalism and would happily use their company in the future should we need to

Recommended - Friendly, Respectful, Professional and Helpful
The Team turned up today on-time and promptly got to work setting up the scaffolding for the roof work tomorrow. very impressed with the results and communication throughout the process.They respected my property and safety during the install. They were very mindful of windows, cars, telephone and power lines during the process. Very safety conscious and even setup guard rails to protect the workers tomorrow. Went the extra mile to be supportive, thank you! Would recommend to others.

Highly recommended for your scaffolding needs
Turned up early as planned. Very efficient at putting the scaffolding up after discussing specific needs like protection on a flat roof and a glass veranda. Everything up within a couple of hours. Polite and courteous. Highly recommended for your scaffolding needs
