A highly reliable company to work with. They handle prescriptions swiftly, ensure timely delivery, and package everything with great care—including overnight shipping with ice packs. I intend to stay with them for as long as they maintain this outstanding level of service.
Overall it's a solid product that does what it's supposed to do. The response is quick and reliable. There were a few rough spots at the beginning, but that's expected with the most products. Performance has been consistent, and it works as advertised once everything is set up properly.

I have been very pleased with the response to my questions when I was having less success with the gradual increase in med dose of the semaglutide compound, then finally being able to switch to the tirzepatide compound. This latter compound has really helped my food cravings! Thank you!

After I started receiving my subscription, I tried to contact them, but got no response. I’ve tried to email them, but again no response. I’m trying to cancel my subscription, but there is no way to get a hold of this company. They continue to take the money out of my checking account. The product dosage is way too low and has no effect.

Thank you for your reply, however, I just checked and you are still about $100 higher than other Austin compounding pharmacies. Services were great, however, the cost of the rx prescribed were crazy high. Was able to get much cheaper (like half) and switched.
