I have been trying to get my refund the company doesn’t respond I haven’t used any service and their customer service is horrible it’s impossible to get in contact with anyone if you are looking for pet insurance look elsewhere this feels like a scam

How to have a frustrating experience.. I am on day 21 of trying to get the insurance filed. Nibbles ONLY has foreigners doing support. The conversations go like this, "Uhm, hi, thank you for calling Nibbles. Uhm, how can... uhm.. how.. can I... uhm... help?"I reply, "I took my pet, Annie, to see the vet on Feb 5th and used my Nibbles card. However, I never received an email to file the claim. I've been calling every day and keep getting told that I'll get an email within 24 hours. I never have. I've checked my spam too. I'm receiving your other promo emails."Agent: "uhm.. ok.. so you want to.. uhm.. call for the insurance on your Nibbles card? Is that.. uhm.. righhhhtt?"Me: "yes"Agent: (high pitch sing songy) "ooookayyyyy, did you use your Nibbles card?"Me: "I said I did. Yes."Agent: "Uhm.. oookay.... soooo... uhmmm... uhmm... let me see, uhmmm.. so you uhmmm... used the card when you took your pet to the vet?"Me: "Again, yes."Agent: "uhm. ok. So if I understand you have the Nibbles card and you used the Nibbles card when you took your pet to the vet. Which pet is it?"Me: "Annie, the one who is insured."Agent: "uhm. ok. So if I understand.. uhm... you have the Nibbles card and you used the Nibbles card when you took your pet, Annie, to the vet. Am I right?"I seriously wish I was joking.. I am literally typing this verbatim as I am speaking to this person.Now she says, "Jamie is the ONLY one who uhm... handles... uhm, the... uh... insurance claims. So she might be uhm.. backed up with uhm.. claims or... uhm something."This company is a JOKE! I asked for someone in America, "(Agent giggles) uhm, yes, I am in the uhm... yes, you are already speaking to someone... yes"Me: "I lived in Guam many years, your Filipino, not American. I need someone who can understand the issue of having to call daily and being given the run-around."Agent: "Oh, yesssss (giggles with a high pitch)."Nothing is getting resolved. It's as though they hire people who want to irritate and agitate customers so we drop claims. Nope, I'll fight this all the way to court. I followed all the required steps, they need to learn about follow-through.I expect this claim to be paid. They'd better expect me to raise hell if they try to pull one over on me.

I have had zero communication with…
I have had zero communication with company since starting. At first there was always no one to answer the phone. Now turned in a claim in November and still nothing paid called to get an answer three weeks ago and still nothing when they said it was being moved to priority. As far as I’m concerned I’m looking elsewhere! This company is a rip off. I’ve had other pet insurance that was good. This company certainly is not!
