Jaclyn came out to teach my entire training team at Taking The Lead. We did a week long seminar covering training theory, how dogs learn, and how to apply operant and classical conditioning to our program. Her skills and unparalleled! I would have Jaclyn back to teach again in a heartbeat. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and easy to learn from. I wish everyone could spend a week learning from her.
Travelling from Singapore 🇸🇬 all the way to learn from Jaclyn directly was well worth! the training program is well planned and its ability to guide the learner toward autonomous motivation—the point where they engage willingly and purposefully without heavy reliance on tools, creating a more efficient, empathetic system of communication—one that builds precision and drive while developing agency in a way that is both positive and clear.
I'm a NePoPo silver school graduate. I took Jaclyn virtual NePoPo class and highly recommend it. It went more in depth in explaining the training system and cleared some things up for me. She had some training material on shelter dogs and took the time to answer questions I had regarding methods and the dogs themselves. The class was very well put together. This class will be beneficial to you whether you take it before or after silver school.
I cannot recommend this course enough. Jaclyn's course is very well put together. She is very organized and makes a straightforward presentation that keeps you focused and able to concentrate. There were not many interruptions and she kept her class flowing and on topic. As a Silver and Gold graduate, I recommend this course to anyone thinking about attending Silver or Gold School and for solidifying the concepts of NePoPo that you may still be confused about after attending said schools. I now have the notes and tests to refer back to at will, which is a great addition to my notes taken throughout my NePoPo journey. Jaclyn gives great examples that pertain to pet dog training as well as dog sport training. You cannot go wrong taking this course.
I had the pleasure of taking Jaclyn's online course before attending the New Silver School, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. Jaclyn is an extremely knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated trainer & educator who does not hesitate to go the extra mile for her students. Her online course was comprehensive and informative, which made me sign up for her New Gold School. During the class, Jaclyn and Chris, both experts in the Nepopo system, were able to identify our training gaps and provide clear and concise instructions to fill them. Jaclyn is a good master coach. She is full of ignition and willing to teach. She brings a lot to the table. You can tell she enjoys teaching because the passion behind it. The first time I met her was at my NePoPo silver school in Missouri. As months went on, I took her virtual NePoPo course. After I took the virtual NePoPo course, I was very satisfied! From that moment on, I said to myself, I am going to do a gold school with her. I said it once, and I will say it again. Jaclyn is a very good master coach! Go to her with ignition and a open mind. You will go into depractice and myelin will be made. You will not be disappointed. You will walk away with so much knowledge. I am not afraid to tell anyone, she was one of my master coaches. Very good experience, and I would do it again.

Virtual On Line Course was excellent for learning definitions and theory as well as practical applications of those theories. Jaclyn took her time, was well prepared and answered any questions that were asked of her.
Jaclyn is a wealth of knowledge! I just finished my first gold school with her and what an amazing experience. From the detailed instruction and course notes before even stepping foot at the school, to the hands on work and detailed explanations that were given while in attendance. Her passion for the health, wellbeing, and advocacy for the animals she trains is shown throughout the course as she details how to work through issues and troubleshoot to better the dog. Her in depth knowledge of applying principles of psychology while training was demonstrated in each hands on exercise while working dogs. She showed how the power of reward can make what some would call the most minuscule of behaviors filled with heart and soul by the dog. I would highly recommend this course for any trainer serious on improving their training plans!

I attended Jaclyn's Nepopo®️ Gold School in August of 2024 in Dauphin, PA. From the start, communication with Jaclyn was easy. Emails were answered on timely basis. She picked the ideal venue - an air bnb. She made sure all students had what they needed to have a comfortable stay. The classroom instruction was informative and on point. As students, we made mistakes during the practical/hands on instruction, but Jaclyn pointed us in the right direction and gave us a clear understanding of our expectations from the dog. She was always respectful regardless of the question and concern. When students wanted to work later in the evening, she was right there helping them. She brought out the best in every student. Jaclyn is very personable and made the whole experience fun. There were plenty of laughs shared along the way. I had a few clients scheduled the day after getting home and I put my new skills to work immediately. This class and Jaclyn's knowledge is going to be a turning point in the future of my small dog training business.
Jaclyn has so much patience and you can tell she is passionate about dogs and the future of dog training. I took her webinar and attended her training school. What I learned there gave me and my team the confidence to take on more detailed work in our organization. The best part of about working with her and she goes above and beyond. This course was packed full of great information and clear explanation even with the more complex concepts. I learned so much here that New Silver School in person was not as daunting and I got to soak everything in vs being overwhelmed with so much new information. Jaclyn is so kind, great at explaining concepts and takes her time if anyone gets stuck on anything. She is extremely knowledgeable, this course is well organized and executed. Loved it, also loved how convenient it was to be able to do from home and have access to the recordings if i did happen to miss it or want to revisit a concept. Thank you Jaclyn!!!! You are amazing.
I really enjoyed the course! There was so much content packed in! Given the time difference, I watch the course on demand which meant I could pause it when needed or replay sections. You go through an build in depth notes together. I loved the addition of the short training clips to cement the learning from the topic we were just covering! Such a great foundation for those interested in this topic! Thank you :)

Excellent training, very well built, with written support. Explanations are clear, with videos to support. For foreigners like me, it is possible to follow the training even if our English is approximate. Jaclyn is very available even outside of classes. Thank you for this training.
