THE WORST EVER
One star because it couldn't be any lower. This company is a complete scam. They offer you certain travel conditions and then turn out to be the complete opposite. We booked two boats, one in Borneo and one in Komodo, so we could enjoy ourselves and be alone. To our surprise, when we arrived, the boat didn't exist, and they had to relocate us with many other people, and the rooms were nothing like reality. We paid for the best room on both boats and were placed practically next to the engine in the basement. If you can avoid this company, avoid it at all costs. I have several other references who have told me about similar cases.

If you could give a negative, they would get a -10!!!!They only will give you, your tickets 24 hours before your scheduled flight. I got my tickets and picked my seats and then went back to screen shot my new tickets, and my tickets were gone, I couldn't even check into my flight. I called them again and they promised me everything would be okay- I got to Indy with two children for my flight to find out that I had NO TICKETS!!! Frontier didn't even know what happened and why I had tickets and then they were gone. Not to mention, I then had to DRIVE to COLORADO with two children to pick up my son. Now I am fighting with them to get my money back $900 - This company should be shut down - They are awful, it's a scam and I would advise anyone not to use them!

Total scam when online order tickets…
Total scam when online order tickets then was asked to call a reserve personnel. Then try to add $87 fees to each ticket which they took away but will not release the tickets until 24:00 hours before our flight. That wasn't gonna work for us so they released them Is forty eight hours My wife called the airlines To confirm that they were on the flight The airport was about an hour and a 1/2 drive from our house. I took her and her 2 sisters to their flight. Turn around and drove back an hour and a 1/2. Only to get a call that they were not on the flight and the e-tickets were not from Southwest. They reached out To my wife 15 Minutes before the flight and reissued, a second set of e-tickets which again were not from Southwest. The gentleman I worked with was Paul assured me that they were good tickets when they weren't Isaac got involved the day of the flight and send an email right after They're flight left and said they were gonna refund us because of the cancelation of the flight they did, but why would they make us go through all the trouble to go to the airport and give us bum e-tickets? My wife had to cancel the room in Las Cruces. Thankfully, Expedia worked with us and refunded their rooms. We're ripped off by this traveled agency as well.Budget car rentals also refunded our money.I would not take a chance and dealing with Neat Travel

I CALLED DELTA AND THEY SAID I WAS ISSUED AN E CREDIT AND IT WAS WAY LESSER THAN THE TIX I PURCHASED. I CALL NEAT TRAVELS BACK AND THE REP ASKED ME DID I CANCEL. WHY WOULD I CANCEL MY ANNIVERSARY TRIP TIX. BIG SCAM DONT PURCHASE WITH THEM. BOOK DIRECTLY WITH SITE AND IF JOSE PEREZ or Ramino Guzman ANSWER THE PHONE RUN.
