Dr. Siegel and team are the best
I had two FUT surgeries done with Dr. Siegel and his team. Both times I received excellent care and customer service and both times I was extremely impressed with the results. I was a Norwood 5 "going on 6", as Dr. Siegel put it, so needless to say, I needed a lot of hair transferred in order to get good results. I now have a full head of hair and get complimented on the results quite often. The process was made easy by the team at Natural Transplants, who did an excellent job following up and ensuring I was recovering well. I would highly recommend anyone looking to gain confidence and look more youthful to go with Dr. Siegel and his team for a hair transplant. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I made and was well worth the money spent.

If you need a hair transplant, this is definitely the place to go. From the start of my process into this journey, it has been nothing short of being an amazing experience. From the first time, I even went to get a quote, Jerry, the general manager was so nice and patient and answered all my questions about the process. Because I was coming from another state, I wanted to make sure my travel plans were good, so Jerry even recommended some hotels to stay at in the area and confirmed my travels plans were good. When I arrived to my appointment Dr. Siegel and all of his team were so warm and supportive and comforting. I cried out of nervousness but they reassured me everything was going to go good. For the anesthesia process, it hurt, but the team was so awesome and patient! They would tell me let them know when I needed a break and they would stop and let me tell them when I was ready to proceed again. They even gave me juice to help calm my nerves. Once the anesthesia was finished, I did not feel a thing! The team worked their magic as we listened to music and shared stories and laughs. They even gave me a blanket and they let my friend who came with me, stay with me in the room throughout the entire process. Dr. Siegel and his team were so neat and organized throughout the entire process. I had no concerns and knew I picked the best place to get a hair transplant!!! The whole thing took no more than 4 hours and once they were done, they even provided a nice warm and delicious meal. After I finished eating, I was free to leave. They provided me with all the after care instructions that listed out day by day what to do. Dr. Siegel even gave me his number to call him directly if I had any questions about anything. Casey who works there was also so amazing. She would call and follow up with me following the procedure at least once a week. She even would text me every few days during the healing stage in to make sure I was doing good and answered any questions I had. When it came time to get the stitches out, she also facilitated getting an appointment for me and even sent my doctor a video of how to remove them. Casey would also call me on benchmark months like 1 month 3month 6month, etc… post procedure to see how the progress was going and how I was feeling. I saw hair growth within 3 months of the procedure! Month after month the growth continued to progress and came in so full and thick. I am now a little more than a year in a I am in love with my results. I never thought that I would have edges again, but Dr. Siegel and his entire team from start to finish made it happen! I am forever grateful to them ❤️.

My transplant experience has been a transformative journey. For years, I struggled with hair loss that affected my edges, sides, and crown, caused by cca, traction alopecia. Unclear and confusing communication
I had such a bizarre experience with Natural Transplants recently. I had two consultations with Dr. Blumenthal (one virtual and one in person) and one follow-up conversation after I decided to pay a deposit for the procedure. In every conversation, I was reassured that our expectations were aligned and that Natural Transplants would be able to give me the results I wanted. Following these conversations, I paid my deposit, scheduled my appointment, made the financial arrangements, and took the necessary time off from work. 10 days before my scheduled procedure, Jerry, the sales representative, called me and told me that after a subsequent conversation with Dr. Blumenthal, they thought that I should hold off on getting the procedure due to "nervousness and anxiousness." He kept repeating this phrase and circling any real answer. I ended up canceling the procedure. Do I think I was nervous and anxious, yes, but not necessarily more so than the average patient who is about to get a permanent procedure? I believe I asked the appropriate questions and felt reassured by the answers Dr. Blumenthal provided. In hindsight, I do think he was just trying to tell me what I wanted to hear and later backtracked and blamed it on me. Additionally, their "HUE" procedure is just a rebranded FUT that they charge a FUE price (I was quoted $10k for a "35cm2 strip containing 6,000 hair follicles"). Do not waste your time with these guys, they are super cagey and not transparent in their communication.

(My edges were gone gone with traction alopecia, and hormonal unbalance due to pregnancies )so I knew I needed a second procedure to see the best results.Dr. Siegel is the Best with Natural hair transplant, period! He listens, he provides answers, he educated,He knows his work, and works step by step with you, I felt like family instead of feeling like a client.I really recommend Dr. Siegel with his whole team: charles, scarlet ,Jenny, Cara and David. Dr. Siegel and his team were amazing before my surgery during my surgery and even more importantly after my surgery. The team is so knowledgeable.
