Great quality picture, slight damage to the corner but David is looking into it to prevent it from happening. Ordering was easy and got the picture in a timely manner. I will continue to use this service.

Though I honestly do not understand why my order was split in two parts, increases shipping costs too i'm sure. When I ordered a metal print, I failed to order the black shadow mount I needed for my print. I called Nations Photo Lab after their work hours and left a message asking how I could order the mount. The next morning, I received a message from Tara Smith that she would send me the mount. She did and it arrived quickly. Nations Photo Lab has great support!
After reaching out to customer service about an online order I had made, a representative named Natalee responded back very promptly and was extremely helpful with my questions and order. I have always had good service and very happy with all of my products ordered from Nations Photo Lab. I have even referred my family members to use this company for their photo printing.
