The online ordering was very simple and I had no problem placing my order. I received my order confirmation right away. You could lesson some of the emails that are sent after maybe and perhaps you could offer a place to click on if you are tax exempt so you can attach paperwork when placing a first time order with your company but other than that I wouldn't change a thing.
