A Transformational Coaching Journey
Attending MBA Coaching and Mentoring module with Dr. Alex has been one of the most meaningful learning experiences of my MBA journey. From the very first session, his ability to connect and simplify complex leadership concepts while challenging us to think deeper truly stood out. Each class was not just theoretical, it was reflective, practical and personally transformative. What I appreciated most was how the sessions encouraged us to analyze situations differently. I now find myself listening more intentionally, asking better questions (how, what, where and when), and being more mindful on how I guide and support my team. The frameworks we explored particularly around coaching and mentoring conversations and leadership behaviours have already begun to influence the way I engage with my subordinates. Seeing the Growth and confidence in them makes me genuinely proud and reinforces the value of what we learned. Attending the final session was surprisingly emotional. It felt bittersweet, grateful for the knowledge gained, yet sad that the journey has come to an end. Dr. Alex created an environment where learning felt safe, engaging and inspiring. His enthusiasm and authenticity made every session impactful. I look forward to continuing to expand my horizons, learning more and hopefully attending future coffee sessions, podcast or seminars or discussions with Dr. Alex. The insights gained from this module will undoubtedly shape how I mentor, lead and contribute to developing the next generations of professionals. At the end we are all one big 'Family'

I gave the 05 Star review as this was an exceptional session, there was a lot of interactions from colleagues, i felt that i got to learn a lot from others, i am yet be in a higher leadership position, but what i experienced in this session, is that, i got to be with real leaders and them sharing their experiences as leaders and how they solve the problems, but beleive me, all this was because we had an amazing Dr. Alex who had such an amazing way of getting all the learners engage and be attentive, never was a boring session. throughtout the Session, i felt that this course should have continued more, and he had shared all aspects of the course, made us understand, guided us, and also he had never distinguished anyone, we were all the same to him, and this experience was exceptional to me.

Review regarding Leadership class.Class was awesome, great interaction with all candidates. Individuals shared experiences they had about leading their Teams, good and bad. This gave insight into different approaches and ways of dealing with various situations as explained.The Dr. was good at motivating everyone to speak up and has great energy.I thoroughly enjoyed the class.

Dr Alex, A Life Lessons Coach!
Dr Alex is amazing. He made my MBA experience worth every second. His method of delivery is not only interactive , but he makes the students excited to give their input. His lectures are life lessons and a must for anyone who wants to improve themselves and be an effective leader. He has a way of making you see yourself as a leader and identify areas of improvement and most importantly your strengths. He can easily make an effective leader out of anyone. I recommend every company to book Dr Alex’s Leadership lectures for employees at all levels.

Life changing!
Dr. Alex has an amazing approach in how to interact and bridge the gap between all different levels of participants to bring a united cohort on a journey of Leadership. The topics discussed had practical real-life scenarios that can be applied individually to improve our personal leadership skills. Would recommend anyone, whether a Chairman of the board, or junior manager to take up a session with Dr. Alex, it literally will change your life!
