National Express Hopeless-Uncertainty & Cancelled Coach without notifying us. No Customer Service towards sudden cancellation, I have booked tickets, i had few instances, where the delay is evident but more cancellations without any notice. It cost me a hotel as it disrupted the plans. Till Date Not Even an email for compensate me for the loss incurred due to National Express Uncertainty
