I contracted National HomeCraft (NHC) to install 8 Andersen windows in my home. The windows were a bit pricey, but I felt that they were excellent windows, so I agreed and ordered them. I paid 1/3 up-front in Nov 2022. They estimated about 12 weeks, so I called in early March for an ETA and they had no clue. Finally, I got a call in April that the windows were in and scheduled an installation. On the first day, the two installers came late and only installed one window. The next day, they came and installed the rest of the windows. However, one window was not sized correctly. They said they would reorder it immediately and contact me when it ready. I waited months. I called the office several times to get an update. I even asked if the window was ordered or not. The rep on the phone had no idea and said that the manager was very busy on some commercial jobs. It was October before they installed the final window. They are terrible with their communications. I need 8 more windows and a new front door, but I will NOT be using NHC and will find a more reliable company.

The worst!
The worst!Ordered windows 4 1/2 months ago.Tried calling, no one returns your phone calls.Even had the place in mall I stopped originally, she called and they were to call me and never did.They play the blame game, and blame it on anything they can think of.They would NOT let me cancel as I wanted to do. And now I will get my windows in October. We will see how great of service I get when I finally get the windows.I would steer clear if I were you!

Major problems with this company
Major problems with this company. Started shower in March 2023 finished July 2023 only because I was persistent as they never returned calls or kept in contact with us regarding the issue. Shower is now finished but not what we paid dearly for. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They have terrible customer service & Frank M is useless. Run very far & do not do business with them...........

The removal of the existing shower tile…
The removal of the existing shower tile and tub was fast and cleanup was good. Some dust was left but was to be expected. The shower replacement enclosure is very nice and we are happy with the quality of the product. The installers were professional and accommodating.

I shopped around before deciding on Luxury Bath to finish my master bath remodel. They offered a great product, and although the price was somewhat higher than others, they delivered, and I couldn't be happier. Their salesman, Alan, was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout the process. The installers Josh and Nate were polite, professional, and showed great attention to detail and getting it right. They were meticulous in replacing the bathtub and the shower enclosure by removing everything down to the studs and completely rebuilding that area, as well as laying a LVT floor in the rest of the bath. Flo, in the office kept me informed every step of the way, and the owner Frank and the supervisor Ernie came by to check on progress and the final result. I felt that the whole team was concerned about getting my bathroom right, and you can't ask for more than that.

Great Shower But Experienced A Few Careless Mistakes
The final product came out nice! It is so much better than what it looked like before! For the price we paid, I feel like they should not have broken a pipe from "just not being careful". It caused a larger hole to be cut in my floor and more repair work to close it off. If it was any bigger, the result would have been cutting a hole in my ceiling downstairs. I also requested to not wear shoes in my house as I just had carpet replaced upstairs in my bedroom. Since the repair pushed them back some, they got rushy at the end and picked up the dropcloths early and walked up and down my stairs and on my new floors with shoes on. Clearly, they were rushing at the end. Communication was not the clearest throughout the process for the price we paid! Overall, the final product came out well, which I guess is what matters!

A little pricey but love the outcome!
With the pandemic crushing our schedule for our renovation Luxury Bath was one of the only companies to provide great communication and prompt quality service. The fellas that worked on our remodel were quick and efficient. The finished product was more than satisfying. We get so many compliments from family and friends. Even the in home design consultation with Jeremy was great. We were sold automatically, just because of the difference in quality and resources. We thought for sure we were stuck with Re-Bath but thankfully Luxury bath swooped in to save the day. Thank you Luxury Bath for all your hard work, we will continue to speak highly of your services and professionalism.
