The PD team is amazing
The PD team is amazing! My alice plush didnt arrive when and with the order she was supposed to and they quickly sent her out to me! Even sent an extra pen with her! I will keep coming back to order from them

Amazing help.
I ordered a Plaid Love Plushie keychain. My order struggle to get delivered by my own mistake, but Martin was there the whole process to make sure I got it delivered. He was amazing and I love my plushie, is all I imagine and more. I'm certainly would be ordering again, already got my eye on my next plushies. Thank you again for the amazing help. 🤗

My darling fawn response rabbit :)
I ordered the fawn response rabbit, and it was a bit of a gamble because I had never ordered a plushie dreadful before. Just seen them around on the internet. It arrived a view days ago, and honestly I have absolutely fallen in love with her. She's very precious and she has brought me a lot of comfort as I'm going through a bit of a tough time right now. She's very soft, a very high quality plushie. Worth the price I paid in my opinion. It feels really good to be so satisfied with a purchase and I'm already considering ordering again in the future. She comes with me everywhere. I also received a free gift for ordering during the holidays, which was really sweet too.

Great experience and wonderful products!
Honestly have yet to have a bad experience with this all the products are very well made and despite the distance and time it may take to get some of the newer products I've never had issues with it and no hang ups with customs from imports or anything of that nature. Plus I absolutely have a fan of the Creator behind this as well!

Sent the wrong Plushie
Sent the wrong Plushie. What was suppose to be my daughter's gift from Santa, turned into my worst Christmas disaster ever. One of two things she asked Santa for. I ordered the Cancer zodiac Plushie, only to receive the Capricorn zodiac Plushie. Everything on the package said Cancer, so I kept in original packaging until Christmas Eve night to put out from Santa, only to discover they sent the wrong one!!!! I will change my review when said mistake is made right. Shipping to the US isn't cheap. Not to happy with my 1st order from this company.

Great company
Shipping was fast. The Shrabbit is super nice. The mystery bag of suck was not super great in my opinion because the stuff in it was so not what I was expecting. All and all very good experience as always.Customer service is also nice to talk too.

Plushies with a meaning and bite!
Quick shipment to EU, the product was carefully packed and fulfilled my expectations.
