Terrible after sales service
I purchased a chain for my son, after a few weeks the link on this broke. I have contacted MySilver around 4/5 times via email, Facebook and Instagram and had no reply. Really terrible after sales service, the item I purchased was not cheap and would not expect this to have broken so soon. I will not buy from them again or recommend them to anyone

Gents chain and bracelet
I ordered a gents silver chain and bracelet. They arrived in time in nice gift boxes. Unfortunately the chain was thinner than expected. I contacted Love Silver explaining this and they said I could return it for full refund. This refund has been received. I did pay return postage but did not mind as really my error.

Absolutely awful quality the pendent i…
Absolutely awful quality the pendent i received does not look 9ct yellow gold. It looks rose gold. I also got it engraved so can’t not return. I have brought numerous 9ct gold in the past and even took to a Jewellers to compare colour and it’s clearly got a rose gold look not yellow gold. Costumer service replied but no help in all honestly . Wasted just under £200 and Christmas gift ruined. Don’t even know what to do with it now as you cannot wear it with a YELLOW GOLD 9ct chain as it looks ridiculous. Does not look the same colour as the photo advertised and also the description does not say no where about the colour looking rose gold. Please do not by or you will waste your money and be disappointed. Waste of time and money

Chain arrived and was of poor quality…
Chain arrived and was of poor quality compared to other similar price ranged retailers (EG Silvertime)Be careful, as if you choose to return the goods, as they do not refund the TAX added at the check out. If you are buying a high value item, they keep the tax. Stating it is for sanitising and repackaging the goods. What a greedy world we live in.

Refused to refund not fit for purpose product
I’d purchased pendant including a funnel. At an additional £20. The funnel can’t do its job as the funnel is too narrow to filter the ashes through. I emailed asking if I can return the funnel for a refund. They argued they’d never had that complaint before so wouldn’t refund the item. I replied regardless if it hadn’t happened before. I was having that issue. They then said it was blocked. I told them it wasn’t. I offered to send a video of how the funnel wasn’t fit for purpose. They then changed tactics and replied they couldn’t refund because the item had been “soiled” with the ashes it’s suppose to filter but doesn’t.Terrible customer service. We planned to order a few more pendants for other family members. But now absolutely won’t be dealing with them again. Disgusting service when dealing with bereaved families especially.
