BE CAREFUL.. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

they literally stole my money, after 40 days since I made the order they didn't send anything, and told they have policy that they won't trace the shipment neither refund the money as if that was my fault.not only that, after they had assumed that one of my neighbor hand in the stuff I showed them on my Aramex account that the shipment never left UK.. guess what they did.. nothing.. they have ignored my enquiry!!

Received the order and I was pleased …

Received the order and I was pleased with all the items except protein bars! I ordered 2 boxes of protein bars and they were molded! Unfortunately had to bin both boxes.... :(

GOOD BUT WORST

First of all I want to admit this company is best for protein supplement but only problem is their product delivery.I am from India,I ordered a product in first week of September,but my product didn't reach India till now . Before this as it usually took 4 to 5 days for product to reach India.But this time I don't know what happens.There is no update since 8th September in my order.My tracking number is "3STJPK2703194"

Horrible service

Myprotein failed four times to send a replacement for my package which was lost in transit. They answer quickly but then make no follow-up on the issue whatsoever

Nice stuff

I have ordered lots of stuff from this company and get it in about a day.But saying that I would like to see an all in one shake.I do understand that this may cost more but one shake and not three or four different types.But this company is very good with my orders never damaged all ways on time nice.

good product bad service - THIEVES stole my money

I ordered 5 products from their site. I paid with a card and here STARTS problems. Page has doubled the order and withdrew twice the money as if I ordered 10 of the product and not 5 (even that would not be a problem) BUT they said that they currently can NOT make a transaction but they still took double of my money. I have contacted customer service, I have sent 2 messages via MyProtein.cro, My money were already taken, products and money have never been send me back and now I will search my refund through lawyers and consumer groups. I am very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

worst delivery ever

Just don't bother buy anything on their website, it tooks roughly 2 weeks for your parcel to arrive (if you're lucky enough) I live in France, and i buy stuff from the us and i get them in 3 days. 2 effing weeks for a parcel coming fom england? how? just how? I'm never coming here again, worst experience ever

Order never showed up. I have not had money return. Terrible service.

"I ordered 8 products of a total value of 163£ on the 20th November 2014, expected delivery date: 12th December. First I had to verify my delivery address by sending them a utility bill stating my name and address, for reasons I can't figure out. I sent them a copy and my order was shipped on the 2nd December. On the 3rd of January, delivery still hadn't been made and I had moved to another address that day, so I called them to ask what's going on. I got told by the Customer Care that he would look into it and sent me an email the next day. I never got an email. I called again two-three days later and got told that it was because of the holidays the order haven't arrived. How can it be due to holidays when I ordered in the end of November and with an expected delivery date on the 12th December? The guy was helpful though and he went and talked to someone else and came back and told me that they will pay my money back as soon as they get the product back from their courier. How can it ever be my responsibility that the courier (who never delivered the products) has to bring back the products before I get my money back for products I've never seen? It's been a couple of weeks now and I haven't seen my money yet. A joke of a treatment and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone after this. Customers should always come first and should never be held responsible for a courier who never delivered the product. Not only is it unfair, but it's also high stupidity, since I will never recommend you to anyone else. You should have given me back the money the second you saw something was wrong with the courier and you were calling your products back and then sort it out with them." I posted this a month ago and nothing has happened since. This is just terrible service. Kind regards, A very dissapointed customer.

Generally they often have good deals.

If you wait a few weeks to order your favorite products and sign up for their newsletter, then you often will find some nice bargains. I have nothing negative to say about them.

Efficient, with good items and offers.

I use Myprotein.com for about a year. I get supplements from them for vitamins and omega, plus protein. Some things can be pricey, but it is good quality. And I like that sometimes they have offers where an item will be free or half price (most recently an item worth £12.95 was free if I spent £10). This is great, of course. And helps to keep me (and others) coming back. I had an issue when I first used them, and they were very prompt in resolving the issue and dealing with me. Good stuff.
