It was so much beautiful
It was so much beautiful, I love it. I did have a very hard time to fasten it. That part needs some adjustment to the necklace. I would buy it again.

Absolutely excellent customer service. I purchased a new car and needed to replace 2 pet decals. I had the order numbers and the person helping me was able to locate them and sent the photos of both pets so that I could reorder them. Arrived very quickly. So very satisfied.

GREAT IMAGE OF MY 'MAX'
A while back I'd ordered an image of my Max from another company. It was just okay, as it was all white and was an abstract outline of his head and features. At the time I thought it was all they could do.But when I got an Email ad from Mypetprints, I decided to give them a try. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package and saw this outstanding image of him in all black, but with tiny white outlines, to show off his features.THIS ONE IS THE BEST BY FAR.If you're on the fence trying to decide who to order from, I strongly suggest you choose Mypetprints. You definitely will not be sorry you did.

Cute, but….
My sister really liked the necklace I gave her, but I wish they would’ve allowed me to send a picture so it was a little more accurate. It doesn’t make sense that I have to send it back to make adjustments, when that could be done before shipping to me. Box holding the necklace was also cheap and not presentable at all. Had to switch to a nicer box as it was a bday gift. Over all an ok experience.

I LOVE the bracelets that were made! I had one made for a friend that lost their dog and one for a friend who list their cat and they both cried and it meant a lot to them! I want to get one for everyone that has a pet. I wear mine everyday.

POOR QUALITY. no refunds even though it’s not worth the money and they’ve changed their products. I ordered one to match the other that I’d bought in 2020 and it’s completely different. They didn’t care

Great customer service
This is the second time I ordered with this site, this time it was a canvas as a gift during the holidays, I did expect some delays so i couldn't be mad. The great thing about this site is if you are unhappy at all the with outcome of the design you can work with the artist to resolve any issues. I did have an issue with the eyes, the artist responded quickly and a week later fixed the issue. I greatly appreciate the time put in because the outcome was exceptional. Thank you mypetprints! i will continue to shop with you guys for any and all pet merch!
