The representative I dealt with, Kristy DeBoer, was wonderful to deal with! I met her at the Miami Boat show and got a good vibe from her. When it was time to buy a boat, I decided to go with Kristy rather than the boat company’s finance company. Kristy was prompt, professional and very responsive. I would recommend Kristy and MyFyUsa anytime.

Very attentive and forthcoming with information needed
my loan officer, Shelby Brown was amazing. My issue was more with the loan company merrick bank being kind of nit picky about certain things. I find it’s more tedious work to finance a boat than a car. I can go into a car dealership and leave that day with the car, but with a boat It’s like a one week process at minimum. 5 stars with my loan officer, three stars with the loan company.
