Lost item; appalling customer service
I've previously ordered earfun headphones from Richer Sounds and found them excellent. As Richer Sounds no longer stock them, I - incorrectly - assumed I'd be ok buying new ones direct from Earfun.6 weeks after I ordered, and 5 weeks after I flagged a non-delivery, I am no closer to getting either my headphones nor a refund. The customer rep I'm dealing with, 'Freya', has repeatedly sent stock replies to my emails that neither answer the questions I ask nor has given the refund I requested. Genuinely appalling customer service that comes across as AI at worst, copy-and-pasting at best, and which is unable to deal with even the most basic queries or issues.

Fantastic customer support. Had issues with my Earfun pro 4 and got immediate response. After some back-and-forth with the customer department, they shipped me a new pair of earbuds. That's called customer support, loving them!

I purchased EarFun earbuds twice and experienced the same issue both times: poor fit and insufficient adherence.Despite normal, everyday use and trying different ear tip sizes, the earbuds repeatedly slipped out. In both cases, this eventually led to the loss of one earbud without noticing when it fell. With the second pair, this happened after only about 15 days of use, making the product unreliable for daily use. Fit and stability are key features for wireless earbuds, and this was a consistent problem.Customer support explained that there are multiple production batches due to “improvements made during production,” which suggests that fit and adherence may vary. However, they also confirmed that this situation is not covered under warranty and no alternative solution was offered.I am sharing this experience to inform potential customers about a recurring fit issue that may significantly impact usability.

Terrible customer service. Their provided shipping company never successfully delivered the package and I have proof of that, but they’ll not refund me the money. Maybe don’t work with a terrible company as Gofo as your shipping partner with a one star review on Trustpilot and trust your customers. Will never order again. Update: I wish I got a refund or replacement. Your customer service repeatedly believed the post service and its very obvious they’re lying. I have proof of that so I’m happy to get a refund.

Charging and anc problems
This is a Little bit hard to judge are the earfün air 3 pro a 5 star review YES absolutely i loved my earbuds I've had mine since Christmas 2024 and they have Ben amazing Ive absolutely loved them until the anc started giving me problems about 3 months ago wich yeah it was very annoying since i really love the fealing of earfün's anc it feals nice and natural for me and the Audio wars Great for the price they cost but then maybe 3-4 weeks ago I was at work when the earbuds died of battery and then I put then in my case when I came home that day I changed them like I normally do and they just would not turn on no matter what I did I cleaned then like the instructions earfün have given on their website and I've done everything I chuld to make them turn on but all I wold hear is battery's off or battery low and they wold turn off instantly and now they just won't turn on at all no blue lights and no voice no nothing so please earfün can you give me some advice on what to do Becuse my girlfriend is getting tired of me stealing her nothing buds 4 I think I've used them more than her at this point. Can you give me some advice or maybe a replacement?

I ordered from their official website, unfortunately they used a bad third party shipping company which has only 1,5 stars. Guess what, item didn't arrive, was marked delivered to neighbours without stating on which number. Thankfully customer service (Freya) is responsive and gave me a refund.

Return to China and pay for shipping??
Bought a pair of earphones, didn't like them. ANC didn't work for me. No problem, I got the 30-days-money-back guarantee, right? Wrong! Without me knowing, they sent me my delivery directly from China and without stating it anywhere in their terms they now require me to send these earphones back to China and pay for shipping. Then I'll maybe get my money back. Shipping costs 50% of what the earphones cost to begin with.

The left earbud fell apart in my hand (literally into two pieces along the join) on putting them in my ear. Contacted customer service and they wouldn’t honour their Warranty on a claim it was “improper handling or misuse”, which it clearly wasn’t. Makes you wonder what proper handling and proper use would be…

I bought the earfun air pro 4 on the official earfun shop on lazada. After only 6 months the earbuds stopped working. They came with 2 years warranty. After sending an email the official store said I can not claim warranty with them.I contacted the lazada shop, they are not responsive and not helping at all so I have no replacement.I am really disappointed with both the product as well as with the not existing warranty.

Not fit for purpose EarFun earbuds
I received these EarFun earbuds as a gift purchased through Amazon. After about 12 months of very light use, the left earbud stopped working completely. EarFun support was helpful at first and replaced them under their 18-month warranty.Unfortunately, the replacement pair failed after just 8 months — this time the right earbud died, with the exact same fault. I went through all the troubleshooting steps again with no success. When I contacted EarFun, they refused to help because the original 18-month warranty had expired, even though these were a new replacement pair. I would understand if it was a different issue but its not, it is identical!So I’ve had two pairs fail the same way in under two years. That’s not acceptable for a product and shows poor reliability and build quality. I would not recommend these earbuds, they are not fit for purpose and don’t last.I’m currently in discussions with Amazon to ask why they are allowing not-fit-for-purpose products to be sold through their platform.. Avoid buying from EarFun.

Poor Quality – 3 Pairs Failed in Under 2 Years
I really wanted to like the EarFun Air Pro 3, but the quality has been extremely disappointing.In less than 21 months, I’ve gone through three pairs:The first stopped working after normal running and light sweat.The second failed during regular gym use.The third started producing loud static noise when noise cancellation was on.EarFun refused to offer any further support because the last pair had just passed the warranty period.Overall, I’ve had a lot of issues with these earbuds. The app is very limited, buggy, and lacks useful settings.After this experience, I’ve completely lost confidence in the brand — definitely not buying EarFun again.Update:Thank you for replying here, but I still haven’t received the discount code your team promised.Support only referred me to the store promotion, which isn’t the same thing.I even offered to pay the difference for an upgrade, yet got no real help.I just hope the code (if ever sent) isn’t for the old model — since anyone can already buy the new one with 39% off.Really hoping EarFun can follow through on what was promised.
