Not worth it
Delivery to Australia took weeks longer than advertised. After using the tag for four months, the gold coating, along with the writing has rubbed off. The website reviews are resoundingly positive, which feels cherry picked. We’ll see if the review I did actually gets posted.

Lovely experience
Got 2 tags. One for my current dog and one for her sister who passed away in January. It was healing to get both name tags because in her final moments during the chaos I lost her collar and tag.

Muzzle and personalised tag
Perfect, just what we ordered. Soft muzzle and personalised dog tag. Not clunky and heavy so it doesn't bother my puppy at all. We are super happy. I had confusion around delivery but the staff were so lovely and attentive and helped me out a lot. Thank you guys so much!!!

Cute dog tag
Cute dog tag. Nicely engraved. Delivery took longer than expected. Website reads shipped within 7 days but took about 4 weeks to arrive to Australia. Was not aware at time of ordering that it came from Switzerland. However, I did receive a quick overnight response after querying then tag arrived next day in cute packaging. I love the tag and looks great on my dogs collar. I would purchase again despite the delivery time.

Took a while but look great 🤓
The dog tags took a month to get here but I still gave a good rating as THE TAGS LOOK SO GOOD, plus they responded quickly to my enquiry when I advised them I hadn't received them yet, they offered to give a 50% refund for the inconvenience. This company clearly cares and tries to do right by their customers.

Late but product arrived as described
The product looks great, just disappointing that it took a month to arrive! I didn’t realise it wasn’t an Australian site!Communication via email was responded to almost immediately providing apologies for the lateness. Maybe the delivery timeframe could be changed on the website?

The good - beautifully etched/engraved. The colour of the tag is so pretty! I love the pink. You can fit alot of information on the tag and you can utilise both sides. I like the little jingle sound that's made when the tag hits the hardware on the collar. Least I know she's coming 😊Very pretty design and well done.The bad - postage takes about 4 weeks or so as it's not in Australia but Switzerland or Sweden.
