The Muzata railing system we installed…
The Muzata railing system we installed for a front stair entry and back yard raised patio is amazing. The instructions and videos made the assembly so easy. I realized we were missing a part. Contacted Muzata after hours late at night and actually got a call from Brandon within minutes, and the order is on its way. Kudo's to Muzata, Brandon and Sarah!

Great final product and Nico was a star throughout the process
Nico was a star throughout the process, helping me design and plan a large deck install with height changes, stairs and LED handrail (HL12). Nico responded rapidly to any questions or concerns, tickled the design a few times as needed to get it just right, and didn't push too hard when I said I wanted to buy from Amazon rather than direct (I have installed this product before and know what parts I need). Very happy with the outcome and would recommend this product/team highly.

Long EXCELLENT review
Long review. Stay with it! I sure wish I had known about the design services at the outset, but I didn’t and thus took the road less traveled and tried to figure it all out on my own. For a rookie, I didn’t do too bad, but when I did need to make changes (too many or this, not enough of that), Helen was my CS rep and the absolute best in the business! She was caring and professional in every exchange. She was thorough and extremely good at guiding me to the right resources. She was patient and always responded in an incredibly timely manner. Helen is just spectacular in every way and if every business had a Helen, CS would not get such a bad rap. With a lot of her assistance we finally got our railing system fully installed. We had wood-to-wood portions, we had flat rails, we had four sets of stairs with a landing and it all came out spectacular! Everyone we have had over absolutely raves about how invisible the wire becomes and that was a main draw for us on a lakefront property. If you’re even thinking about this railing system, 100% go for it! If I had to do it over again, I would use the design services. Yet, even without those this was a wonderful product that is actually and legitimately a “do it yourself” option! Thank you, Muzata and HELEN!!

Disappearing Railing!
Really appreciated their help with design layout and their quick response when we took a slightly different turn and ended up with not enough of one part and lots of another. Quick and helpful and really like the finished product. Almost totally disappears, especially compared with the previous picket railing. Would absolutely use the product again.

The level of support removes the risk of taking on a project like this the first time. Kiri converted our drawing to a parts list and anticipated several issues that would have become problems. Significant savings doing this ourselves as opposed to relying on an expensive contractor.

A beautiful railing that protected our gorgeous views . . .
We installed a Muzata railing this summer around our pool area. We worked with Peggy in customer service and what an amazing experience. From start to finish the process was seamless. Design was so helpful, we got exactly what we needed and when we updated our plan, return was easy, AND patient as we worked to get things back in. The railing is beautiful - exactly - wait - better than we could have ever imagined.

Great customer service and product
I'm an estimator for a General Contractor. We fabricate our brushed stainless handrails in house but use Muzata components for the cable system. Brandon is my go to guy for all of my technical drawing details. I've done two projects with him so far and they both went well. As we water jet our components before fabrication having all of the correct dimensioning is key to success. Brandon always gets me the technical drawings of the components in a timely fashion and if he doesn't have the drawings he will put a set of calipers on the actual product. He's in Hong Kong and I'm in Montana USA and I've never had poor communication between us. There are other good products out there but I use theirs because of the customer support.

Great product when finished
Great product when finished. As others have stated, directions are a little hard to understand, but keep them handy. If the rail base holes do not hit the frame of the patio, get smaller lag nuts and washers for a tight screw fit. If your patio is older and a bit uneven, buy washers to level the base of the rail post. When cutting rails, put painters tape on rail!!, mark holes and drill with vegetable oil for sure. I stopped using the drill bit for holes and just used the tap, it works better IMO. Drill slowly! If your drill hole is off just a bit, which will happen, the screw will not go in, it's not like wood. Use the drill bit when rail is in place to open the hole just a bit. The bands included are to hold rail in place for marking holes and attaching rail. Use the rubber grommets all the way round, so much better that the washers and sticky things. If you buy a gate, make sure you have a good set of allen wrenches, the one that has them all together like a swiss army knife, the 4MM that comes with it is useless. When you install a gate, don't go by the measurements to attach in the instructions, they are off by about a 1/4 inch. I used wood blocks to get the exact height i needed, then made my drill marks. Painters tape again. And same for adding the latch enclosure. I cut all my cable at once for each section and attached the end pieces, then installed. Put a zip tie on roll of cable to keep it from turning into a spider web, tighten as needed to keep spool in place. File the inside of rails after cutting, end caps go on easier. If rail butts up to a wall, install end cap before attaching rail. It's time consuming, take your time, find a friend if you can. Customer service is awesome. Thanks Maxine!! Price point great.
