Shit store, don’t use
I ordered 3 records and a T-shirt. Did not get any confirmation even though payment went through. Did not get the goods, made a PayPal complaint and then they acted and sent the package but 1 of the items were wrong. They have since ignored me, the telephone number on their website is not in use and they’re not replying to emails. Since I already made a PayPal complaint I can’t make another one. Would never ever order from them again.

Delivery took 8 days as promised
I made an order for a music book being shipped to my address in Denmark. It took circa 8 business days for the book to arrive, just as the website said it would. Price was reasonable. I am surprised to see so many 1 star reviews.

I ordered three books from them, they arrived in a week, from the Netherlands to Finland. Very happy with the service. The only odd thing was that my order didn't show up on my Music shop europe account. I queried about it as I wanted to know when to expect my order to arrive (and i was a bit worried having read the bad experiences here after I'd already ordered). I got an email response within 24h saying that my order had been dispatched and it would take about 1-2 weeks to arrive

Delivery was delayed a couple of weeks versus published delivery time. However, I was kept informed and sheet music arrived before the revised delivery date. Will use again as prices are very competitive.

Order not arriving and no response
I placed an order for "Piccolo! Piccolo! Book 1" on September 13th and wrote an email to query where my order was. Yet, nearly 2 months later, I still get no response. Not recommendable AT ALL !!!

Not reccomendable! (Always delay and not paying back the 20€ supplement)
First time I order a score, it took 7 months!!! Second time I paid a supplement of 20€ in order to have it on time (apparentely, 2-3 working days), but it is not true at all (already 25 days waiting). I want my 20€ back (as I cannot see any difference between to pay the supplement or not, because the score is, anyway, delayed), but not answer. Absolutely NOT RECCOMENDABLE!

It may be a cheap website to find music…
It may be a cheap website to find music but it is also a very disappointing website to buy one. Order of April 18 hasn't arrived as of this review. Was told it will be in NL around 25 May. 3 follow-up emails sent for order update but no response. Reading all reviews, I cannot say it more- UNRELIABLE, especially when you have a concert prepared and your music sheet do not arrive.

I ordered a score and parts and was told it would take 10 days to ship. Fine. After 10 days I called to check the status of the order and was told that the piece wasn’t available and that they’d have to give me a refund and that there was nothing they could do to help. They sat on my money for 10 days and now I have to place a special shipment from the US. I hope I don’t have to cancel my performance if we don’t receive the scores in time, all thanks to this company.

Fast shipment, but a little strange
Ordered in The Netherlands. The delivery was quite fast and all the books I ordered did arrive. The only issue was that my order disappeared from the website. It was there at first and then, poof, gone! The invoice could still be found, but I could not check the status. Maybe it was just a random error. Other than that, everything was ok. By the way, on the box, it said that the books were shipped by Hal Leonard Europe rather than Music Shop Europe.

No music, no responses, and no way of retrieving money. $
Music Shop Europe has the most terrible customer service. I ordered a score a month ago and have sent multiple emails with no reply. If you try calling their number, there is no possibility to get a live person. And guess what? Still no music.I decided to go on Facebook and see if I could get ahold of someone another way, and I read reviews from countless people who had experienced the same thing I had. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

A bunch of crooks. Avoid.
I made an order at beginning of December and still it hasn't been fulfilled. None of my emails are replied to and their phone doesn't get answered. They have either gone out of business or are just a bunch of crooks. Either way, don't shop here.
