I ordered Pewag security chain and sleeves from Murphy, and the whole experience was great. Neal took his time on the phone walking me through my order and answered all my technical questions without rushing me. I could tell he knows the products well. Everything arrived on time and exactly as described. That kind of knowledgeable, patient support is hard to find. Will definitely order from them again.

I placed an order and was going to pickup, but then changed it to ship out, I sent numerous emails to have the items shipped out or to advised of the status and no response until weeks later.
Murphy's website was easy to navigate. The price was excellent on the wire cable I needed and they shipped so quickly it surprised me. Everything showed up in great shape. I am a happy customer. Thanks

I order some two small cuts of German lifting chain. I received a call saying they were out of stock of it and offered me some domestic chain of a higher value for the same price. Now that’s what I call customer service. Thank you so much
