Avoid
I placed an order with Mumsgarden on 9th July and heard absolutely nothing. In the last three days I have sent two emails plus left a message on the answerphone. No response. I phoned today and Karen assured me she would get back to me today. I am turning blue holding my breath. However, I see the transaction on my Visa Account is through UK Gardens Supplies. I have absolutely no faith at all in UK Garden Suppplies or their somehow 'affiliate' Mumsgarden. I will now have to proceed through my Visa card to reclaim my money. What a waste of time and effort.
