After receiving my lights and sounds controller, I tested it out and worked Great. I have an earlier model which still works from 2006 and the newer version comparatively has better symphonic sound and more musical choices. My 2006 model will be used for my back yard.

I bought your mechanical spider webs at Halloween. However, one of them broke, I reached out to you guys to see about having it fixed or getting a replacement, and I was told you were out of them. I was offered another product in replacement, however, it never came and nothing ever happened. And I was speaking with Miracle. Your customer service representative who claims she was a supervisor and I would give it time waiting for something to happen and nothing. I finally reached out again. At which point I was given a $130 store credit which I appreciate and thank you. However, I did not appreciate Miracle scolding me and telling me that I did bad by not returning it to HSN. As I explained originally it was past the 30 day return policy of HSN which is why I reached out to you guys. I should never have to be ostracized by a customer service representative for not doing what she told me to do in the correct amount of time, because of this incident I will no longer be purchasing anything from Mr. Christmas anywhere not in stores, not on QVC not on HSN. I will use my store credit, and that will be the last time.I will be purchasing anything from Mr. Christmas

I was sent a silver Christmas tree and I had ordered a gold Christmas tree. Picture clearly shows a gold tree.

I had been trying to get a certain carousel for my child. She loves carousels and this was the nicest one I could find. It was sold out. I signed up for text and email notifications for the carousel. It came back in stock twice. I checked out and purchased carousel within 3 minutes of the first text. Several days later, order cancelled. Signed up for notifications again. It came back in stock a second time. I checked out and had confirmation email within one minute of receiving text. Order cancelled again several days later. Emailed support and there was nothing they could do for me. Disappointing experience.
