Fantastic products & support!
I have recently started buying RC Airplanes and Field Equipment from Motion RC and I can’t say enough good things about them! Shipments arrive on time or early, customer support is easily accessible and my experience with them has been excellent! They are great people and selling quality products they stand behind! I’m a very happy customer!

Plane looked perfect.One of the necelles was damaged due to box being damaged. Product support is on it, replacing the damaged part.Great conpany to work with.

Prompt technical response and product support
I ordered and installed an Admiral 295kv motor and during bench testing, the prop nut became increasingly difficult to remove despite going on true. Upon nut removal, the threads were damaged beyond use. I contacted MRC technical support and they sent me a replacement prop adapter.

Had an issue with a missing part from a Henglong kit. Derek handled the issue efficiently and expedited another shipment of the kit I had ordered. Their customer support is excellent and they are very helpful. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is interested in anything RC related.

Just when everything seemed to have no solution, he did not give up and made this mom and her two boys extremely happy. I made an order for a F-22 raptor 80…
I made an order for a F-22 raptor 80 with gyro and what happened was it disappeared in Kentucky last known location shipping to Hawaii. I put $300 for shipping Ozzy. One of the company's probably main guys did nothing but go over the top to help me. Also, after not being able to find the lost airplane, he sent me a brand new one. It should be here tomorrow. Nothing but full respect to motion. In r, c, if you look at my record, I have bought nearly fifteen airplanes from this company and I love them love the workers and super super happy.I will be with this company for many years.And continue to buy their product.Thank you, motion r c aloha from hawaii.They don't leave you hanging.They make things right?And that's what counts thank you.

Took delivery of a Heng Long M4A3. Performed functionality checks and determined gun elevation was inoperable. RCMotion’s customer support talked me through diagnostics to make sure it wasn’t a simple loose contact on the motherboard. When we decided the unit was defective, RCMotion provided a paid return label and offered to send me a new tank the moment FedEx logged in my return. Can’t beat that kind of service and support!

I’ve always had a great experience with motionrc. Been buying planes from them for years now and anytime I’ve had an issue with a plane or part they have always made it right. As far as this black horse mig29 so far the jet looks nice and I can’t wait to get it put together and up in the air.

Great service for Great airplanes (f16 90 v2). As usual, such à complex model souldn't be flown as à Maiden without sérious check of every component. Its not à matter of quality, Just an advice than People would naturally do with kits but are tempted to forget with pnp version as it comes painted and seems ready to fly. Sometimes glue or screw May be loosen somewhere and could affect safety or the Maiden Flight. I suggest you at MRC to underline this in your assemvly vidéos.

Stuff happens
Stuff happens, and I had an issue with a set of retracts that was a part of the kit. Within 24 hours of sending the email to Motion, they had answered my question and are sending me replacement parts. The service has been top notch!
