We had a fantastic time in Morocco! Our itinerary was Tangier-->Chefchauen-->Rabbat-->Casablanca. MOBT and our local contacts (Yassine-planning, Soufiane-driving) put together an excellent trip exactly as we envisioned it. Specifically for us we wanted to have time to explore places and not rush from place to place. Our Riad in Tangier was well located for exploring the medina, and we were less than a 5 minute walk from a well known brochette (kebab) place. The coastal views just outside of town at the Lighthouse and where the Mediterranean/Atlantic come together are great. In Chefchauen - do the Spanish monastery hike at sunset - you can even get great views only walking part of the trail - and then you can save energy for the Akchour Waterfall hike which was probably our favorite day of the trip! Rabbat is a much bigger city and fun to explore - many of the museums are excellent. One favorite was the Musée National de la Photographie.Altogether it was a great trip, and all of the planning and guidance we received made it happen!

Our trip to Morocco was a great experience. Yassine helped us put together an itinerary in less than 2 weeks to departure date since we got a very late start to planning. Everything was taken care of as per our expectations. We were assigned a personal car & driver Said who was with us for all 9 days right from pick up to drop off at the Casablanca airport. Said was a fantastic driver and guide and we truly had a great time because of him.

Our 17 day trip to Morocco was everything we dreamed of! Yassine and MOBT saw to it that the planning and organization were flawless. There were no hitches at any point. Our driver Said was superb - friendly and helpful at all times. He went out of his way to ensure our comfort and to recommend places and experiences that we would enjoy. The accommodation was of an excellent standard. It was wonderful to experience living in a Riad in the Medina! All the guides provided by MOBT were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in providing useful recommendations and including experiences that they knew we would enjoy - Abdelgani in Rabat, Rabab in Tangier, Zahra in Fes and Marouan in Marrakech. If/when we return to Morocco, we would not hesitate to use MOBT again and to recommend their services.

From the souks of the Medina to the majestic Jardin Majorelle, we explored the city's lively markets, historical palaces, and stunning gardens. The energy of this city is electric, and we loved every moment of it.• Ouarzazate: Known as the "Gateway to the Sahara," Ouarzazate offered a glimpse into Morocco's cinematic history. The Atlas Film Studios were a highlight, and the nearby Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site, was a spectacular stop—straight out of a film set.• Merzouga: No trip to Morocco would be complete without visiting the Sahara Desert. Riding camels into the dunes of Merzouga at sunset was an unforgettable experience. We spent the night in a desert camp under the stars, which was absolutely magical. The silence and beauty of the desert were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.• Fes: Fes was an intriguing mix of old and new. The labyrinthine Medina was a maze of ancient history, with vibrant artisan workshops, centuries-old mosques, and the famous tanneries. It was a fascinating place to dive deep into Morocco’s cultural heritage.• Chefchaouen: The "Blue City" was a highlight of the trip. Walking through its narrow streets lined with blue-washed buildings felt like stepping into a dream. Outstanding trip
Outstanding trip. We did a nine day tour (Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Volubilis/Meknes, Fez, Merzouga/Sahara, Ouarzazate/Aït Benhaddou, and Marrakech). Our driver for the whole trip, Younes, was incredible. His many years of touring was great for experiencing the best places for Moroccan pastries, best restaurant recommendations, and local history/color. We stayed in Riads throughout, all were great, and relatively easy to access in medinas.Chefchaouen tour with Aalae was really very good, lots of history and engaging discussion; rooftop dining in center of city was great. Volubilis was definitely worth the trip with good guide. Fes was a highlight with great all-day guide Fatima Zahra, great food and trip to hammam. Merzouga was great with camel ride and overnight tent stay; in retrospect, we might have swapped out a day in Marrakech to have stayed longer in desert. Ouarzazate highlight was Ait Benhaddou. In Marrakech we did food tour and full day tour which were very good; Hatim from Morocco Off the Beaten Track (MOBT) joined the tour and made it enjoyable (he also did a great job of planning out the overall tour). Cooking class in Marrakech was fun, but did take up a fair part of the day.Overall, incredible trip, great experience, in large part due to great care from Younes.

Amazing time in Morocco
My husband and I had an amazing time in Morocco! The upfront planning was easy with Louis Shannon, his communication was clear and timely, and he has a great personality. I am a planner so I had done research before contacting kimkim which I found helpful, but you could easily leave it to them to plan. Our driver and guide, Younes Bouaid, was fantastic from start to finish! Younes was professional, fun, and became a friend during our travels. He had great tips and advice for each area we visited, the car was always clean, very comfortable, had great Wi-Fi, and he was a very safe driver. We tried to do 2-3 nights in each location so we could experience areas and not rush, we visited Marrakesh, Ouarzazate, Boumalne Dades, Merzouga (Sahara Desert), Fes, and Rabat. All of the places we stayed were great, rooms were comfy and clean and the breakfast was always delicious.

Amazing experience and five-star…
Amazing experience and five-star service from start to finish! Both Yassine (our trip planner) and Younes (our driver in Morocco) went above and beyond. Yassine was always available and patient to answer all of my questions - and I often have a lot of questions. He was also super knowledgeable and helpful. This was the first time I used a tour operator to help construct an itinerary as I usually like to do it on my own. I was still able to build my own itinerary as we opted for a private tour but having Yassine's knowledge of the country was priceless. And Younes, our driver, was amazing and helped make our trip and experience that much better. He was with us every step of the way and he made us feel more like family than tourists. My kids (ages 7 and 9) still say how they miss him since we've come back home. I would definitely recommend KimKim to help plan your next adventure, and if you can opt for both Yassine and Younes don't hesitate!!

We had a phenomenal trip to Morocco. Louis designed a thorough itinerary for our ten days. Our driver, Youniss, was an excellent informal guide as well as driver. Perhaps the highlight of the trip was spending the day in Fez with Zara, our guide. Her enthusiasm and pride in her city, as well as her friendship with so many in the souk, made for a memorable trip. Even the long drive out to the desert was relaxing, with stops along the way. Highly recommend for any first-time or experienced Morocco visitor.

This trip was wonderful. Each hotel was gorgeous and comfortable, our driver was THE BEST, our tours were fun, and the desert was amazing. I can not recommend MOBT Global enough! I am VERY picky when it comes to travel and hotels, and I was over the moon happy the entire trip! The attention to detail made this trip perfect!!!

Wonderful Morocco
From the beginning of planning this trip, Yassine (our trip coordinator) was a huge help. We were able to tailor our trip to our interests and experience unique adventures that we will never forget. Yassine was able to listen to our desires, make great recommendations, and explain the small nuances that really helped up navigate another country and be prepared for all of our events. Our private driver, Hamza was along with us for the entire 12 days. This was a first time experience for us with an international trip, and how amazing it was. He was not just a driver, he was a point person that was able to help with any in country concerns/accommodations. He went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met, we really felt taken care of while he was with us. Even more so, we got to know him over the 12 days of our vacation and we truly felt like we made a friend in Morocco. We know that our trip was so special with many thanks to Hamza.We also had amazing tour guides during this trip, I’d especially like to mention that Hamid (our guide in Fez), and Hassan (our guide in Marrakech), were both knowledgeable, friendly, and of great assistance with navigating not just the medinas, but the culture in Morocco. If we told them there was something we were interested in purchasing, they both really went out of their way to help us with finding high quality products and with the negotiation process that many vendors use.

We just returned from a 8 day trip to Morocco that was first scheduled for 2020 but cancelled due to Covid. MTOB worked with us to preserve all but $350 of our deposit and rescheduled for 2023. The trip was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. All accommodations were first rate and our driver Amine was exceptional. He was flexible, knowledgable, made exceptional helpful suggestions, and most importantly was one of the nicest people we have ever travelled with. All of the guides provide by the KimKim and those that our driver got for us were first rate, knowledgable, and personable.Prior to the trip, Louis and Yassine worked with us to plan the itinerary and answered all of our questions about traveling in Morocco especially the impact of Ramadan. The information and itinerary supplied by MTOB before trip was great. We did have one communication hiccup which was resolved quickly to our satisfaction.We travel extensively around the World but have never been to Africa. The Moroccan people were some of the most welcoming and kindest people we have ever met. We loved Morocco and will surely go back. This was our first private tour and the quality and value were exceptional. I would use MTOB again.

Kim Kim & MOBT did an AMAZING JOB of planning & organizing a fabulous trip. The entire trip, from planning, to execution, to all the experiences couldn't have been easier or more perfect! The best part was our driver, Yassine. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, & fun! When we had Yassine around we always felt well taken care of and safe. We felt like he was our security blanket & like a good security blanket - it is always there when you need it! The day/night we did the desert camel ride/Bedouin tents we joked that we didn't want Yassine to leave us because we knew he would always take care of us in the best way. He smoothed over our different activities as we had the language barrier in some places & he just made it all work without any stress for us! He went above and beyond every step of the way. If I could give him 500 Stars I would!!!! We had 2 scheduled tours with Hassan in Marrakech & Mustafa in Fez - and both were outstanding! Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, friendly & fun. They expertly guided us through the respective medina's & brought the country to life for us. Also providing recommendations and making reservations as needed. The whole process from first planning the trip to the execution was great!! Yassine from MOBT was amazing & flexible, helping me to dial in the perfect bucket list trip!I am not sure I can travel anymore without a "Yassine Driver" - you definitely get spoiled! I will use Kim Kim for as many future trips as I can. Every piece of it was phenomenal!!

My husband and I picked Morocco fairly randomly for our honeymoon. We knew we wanted a true adventure - somewhere completely unfamiliar to us and truly immersive. Neither of us knew much about Morocco, and the KimKim sample itineraries looked intriguing - so we went for it! Best decision EVER. Morocco is beautiful in every sense of the word. The landscape is diverse - mountains, desert, ocean, etc, the people are so kind and welcoming, and the culture is incredibly vibrant. There is a wonderful mix of old and new - centuries-old medinas are blocks away from brand new shopping districts. And the FOOD - absolutely incredible! There are so many flavor combinations and methods of cooking that we had never experienced before, and it is clear that Moroccan food relies heavily on fresh, seasonal ingredients and traditional spice mixtures. Planning the trip was a breeze, as usual. Our trip planner Yassine was responsive, knowledgeable, and definitely took all of our input into consideration. Our trip also happened to fall during Ramadan, and Yassine was a huge help in prepping us for that. Every experience went smoothly, all of our travel between cities and experiences was prompt and easy, and our accomodations were all lovely, clean, and felt safe. Going to another country where you don't speak the language, are completely unfamiliar with the culture and geography, and have no idea what to expect, sounds daunting and overwhelming. But with KimKim it was easily the best trip of my life, and it is an experience I will remember forever.I want to give a very special shout out to our driver, Yassine. He was sooooo thoughtful, prompt, incredibly knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly. When you are spending up to 8 hours a day with someone, it is so important that they are friendly and a good travel buddy, and Yassine knew all the best tips, photo spots, and really became a friend very quickly. I actually teared up when he dropped us off at the airport for our flight home because I was so sad to leave. I don't know how we would have done a trip to Morocco without KimKim and Morocco Off the Beaten Track, and I will be using them for all my future international trips!
