My order arrived yesterday in a thin bag and the box was completely crushed. I was planning on giving this as a Christmas present which I cannot now do. The phone number doesn’t work at all and there has been no response by email. I am out of pocket with no way of contacting or getting a response from the company
It's when something goes wrong that you learn what kind of company you're dealing with and I can report that these folks are simply amazing. Great range, excellent comms, highly recommended!
I recently purchased items from Morganics Beauty, and I’m very impressed with their service. The website is easy to navigate, prices were competitive, delivery was prompt, and the products are excellent quality. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for natural and organic beauty products!
This site is scam. I bought some capsules from them through Amazon. The capsules had 5 months till expiry date. And they already had gone bad. Some were empty and some broken. And the powder inside them was released in the container. I wrote to them with pictures and they said the expiry is ok(which is not! usually distributors don't buy stocks below 1 year expiry date) then they told me to count the number of capsules (they had to be 60) and said if the full capsules are 60 then the empty ones are extra!!!!!!! (Which drug company add extra empty capsules in the container???!!!!) If it's less than 60 they will do partial refund for the empty capsules! They are asking me to count the capsules!!!!! Can you believe it?!What the hell! They try to sell their bad stock to ppl and don't understand if ppl get sick or something happen to them because of bad product they will sue them and they will be in a more serious trouble!Be careful ppl . Don't buy anything from them.
