I bought a product and did receive it within 1 month. The product itself was as described. However, I assuming the controls could be shared via app as advertised. Now you have to pay $30-$80 and have a membership to use with your partner or save customization. They don't tell you this ahead

had this product for a week or two before the charger broke. awful quality, it was designed to break.I went onto their website to see what kind of cable it was exactly. Its near impossible to find on the internet. couldnt find out what kind of charger they use, it was stated no where on the website. But! I could buy another crap cable for just $30!
They shipped it straight to me. It took a few days but I got it unharmed and it seems to function properly so far.
Never got a confirmation email, now that a decent time has passed and I realize it still hasn't arrived. Now I get to try and contact someone.
A Complete Fraud!!! I purchased and tried to contact them to verify the status of my shipment, but nobody answered. Terrible customer service. Please, Don't Buy from this!!!
The item didn't arrive and they simply don't answer my attempts to get a refund. I honestly don't know what to do except to advice people to not buy from them.
I would rate 0 stars if I could. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. To start it took over 3 months to arrive. When it did it stopped charging & working after 2 days. I reached out to their customer service for monthsssss with no avail. I left a bad review ok their page that “mysteriously” got deleted. Wasted $110.

This is a scam. Only way to get your money is going to bank and dispute. As it says in the shipping clause. How many people go to bank to dispute charges of this nature. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them
I would rate it 0 if that’s an available option. I paid and they claimed they shipped the order. It was supposed to be expedited shipping but I didn’t receive anything for three weeks. So I checked my tracking number and they said it was delivered while I RECEIVED NOTHING. I tried to contact their company through both online chats and email, there was NO REPLY. I contacted the postal company, NO REPLY. Tell me how this was not a spam!
