OMG !!! 👎👎👎👎👎

OMG !!! How do they stay open ??!! I had no idea how poorly run this online order company was. I ordered a Joni Mitchell numbered CD with a release date of November 22nd Completely got lost in transit, called to complain and was very nice about it and was promised a new copy would ship out ....... Again, nothing. What really pisses me off is that by the time you should have received a copy , most of the limited copies will be gone !!! Completely unreliable 👎👎👎👎👎

Not reliable.

I ordered a release from Mofi and received an empty box. Contacted customer service 2x and never got a reply. I had to contact my CC provider for a chargeback. The recent issues at Mofi didn’t cause me to cancel my pre order, their customer service did. Just not a business you can trust.

I purchased the 5400 router

I purchased the 5400 router. I spent two day trying to get it to connect to T-Mobile. It never worked. I called Mofi customer service many times. I called T-Mobile who also tried to assist me for hours. I called Mofi to return the router but as soon as I said return they would hang up on me. Fortunately I punched the router through PayPal. I started a claim. Then a man called me from Mofi and called me a liter and stated I was not a nice person. He even left voice mails stating the same thing. I would never recommend anyone buy from this company..NEVER

In the future, I will buy on a professional webshop

This is a review on the online shop Mofi.com. Not on Mofi's LPs. Very slow to treat my order (5 working days). Website information not up to date. Uneasy communication. Easy cancelation. Easy refund. In the future, I will buy Mofi's LPs on a professional webshop.
